Updated my review.
I noticed that they are NOT honoring their deals/discounts. It happened a couple times and last time was the final straw. They had a sale and when I went to purchase they started charging me full price. When I questioned the cashier he claimed the deal was no longer offered, even though it was displayed prominently. He then offered me another "good deal" which would have had me pay more for less product again. I couldn't help but laugh and at this point I left.
I will no longer shop here or do business with Vapor Dad due to their lack of business ethics. Which is a shame since they had some of the best selection in the area and this wasn't an issue when they first opened.
Update: I tried multiple locations to make sure I wasn't crazy. The point of emphasis is that the discounts are not added after being told they were. It wasn't hard to do the math and after being caught the employee seemed dumb struck that I'd call him on it. My issue is the lying and instead of addressing the issue it's odd that you'd be reaching for another explanation. I feel it'd more concerning to the owner that multiple locations would operate...
Read moreI’ve been to this shop dozens of times, and while the selection is solid, the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. Every single visit I’m asked for ID, even by the same clerk who has checked me repeatedly.
I understand age verification is important, but the lack of consistency and recognition makes it feel robotic rather than customer-focused.
On top of that, I’m constantly being asked about a phone number or pushed into upsells I don’t want. Instead of feeling like a valued regular, it feels like I’m just being cycled through a script.
It would make a big difference if management trusted staff to balance compliance with some basic customer awareness, and dialed back the relentless upselling. Until then, this isn’t the kind of shop I can...

Bought a "Halloween Blueberry" vape for $24. Didn't taste AT ALL like blueberry whatsoever. The guy working tried it and agreed it tasted terrible. I asked to swap it out for something a little more safe, he said "sorry, no". I threw it out right there and walked out. I thew my vape out but they threw my business out forever.
To be fair- I don't think its the guy who works there's fault. I'm not blaming him. You could tell he was in a tough spot. I'm blaming the management's policies. Go to Sirius Vapor a couple blocks up for better service or the gas station across the street for deals. Avoid this...
