Very dissapointed tonight. I'm done with this specific location because of 1 employee. Tall, dark hair, skinny, young and white. Usually works the late night when I've seen him. Came back because my order got switched up, wouldn't take the old food to throw away and went right to citing policy instead of saying well put a trash outside or we can have someone grab that from you to toss in our dumpster. I was confused and got angry, left the food on the ground and pulled out of the drivethrough. The employee I described went right to yelling out 'ill call the police!' and ' we have you on camera!' I looked back angry-confused and yelled 'i didn't threaten you so...' and more as a shout, '' I'm never coming back!' instead of peeling away I parked up front and thought about it, keep in mind I'm hangry as hell. I then pulled through again and after an oddly long pause at the speaker I said hello they said welcome to taco etc. After I asked for my money back they stopped answering, I said I would appreciate my money back please and am pulling through to pick up my trash. I got up there and made sure I wasn't super close to the window, and a manager came in for damage control. Got my money, some trash, and no food. my thin trust for fast food just broke, I need to have some kinda trust with people making my food. I think they should fire this guy because he didn't get it, even as his manager apologized to me. He had the smug face of someone knowing he was getting a slap on the wrist. Not returning to this taco Bell despite going there and the other location in town very close to daily recently and usually once a week before. BTW I'm the guy who is too nice at the drivethrough because I'm trying to avoid spit in my food! Also the sober driver for friends who order through me making it easier for the fast food guy also avoiding spit in my food. I hope that at least the employees there tonight read this and think about it. There was also a woman who was nice and she saw how dissapointed I was. It's all worth it because I think she understood or got why the other guy was not doing a good job. First and last review too. no real results will happen either, and you know...
Read moreI CANNOT believe what happened to me. I am a pregnant lady in my late 20s. I had ordered Taco Bell, I decided to order the Cheesy Fiesta Potato’s. I was patiently waiting for my order to come ( THAT I HAD WAITED 30+ MINUTES TO ARRIVE. An important note. ) I have been waiting for my craving for such a long time, yet Taco Bell failed me by not bringing the order that I was craving the most out of my menu. They brought everything except the potatoes. I am so disappointed beyond words, this has caused the baby inside my belly to kick me hard to the point I vomited all I ate because we both were craving the potatoes, this has caused physical and mental pain, and when I told them about it they just gave me credit for my next order, in DoorDash like what? Excuse me? I just wanted my potatoes and now I can’t stop crying over how much stress this has caused me, I will never forget this day I have it documented in my notes. And here I thought I was planning to get an American citizenship so I plan to live here for myself and my kid and my husband all together, and embrace the American culture but I had changed my mind after this encounter, I wouldn’t like my kid growing up in such an toxic community that had physically harmed both of us. I am so disappointed Taco Bell, the words of praise that left my tongue are coming to haunt me. Goodbye America, and goodbye Taco Bell. I am finding the closest flight back to my...
Read moreThe man working the drive-through today (May 1st, 2016) at exactly 6:34, SHOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER WORK DRIVE-THROUGH AGAIN. It was honestly a painful experience and beyond hope.
Every item on our order was messed up, and upon multiple repeating, he simply could not grasp what we were saying. For example, bean burrito with no onions. He would repeat back exactly "Bean burrito no onions", but put in a completely wrong burrito. He continually deleted and reentered the same burrito (with onions) when we were repeating the corrections. 2) He kept adding a freezy to our order without us saying freezy in any way. 3) Asked for a side of nacho cheese: He adds two orders of Chips. 4) asked for a beefy crunch big box, he gives the double beef one.
After banging our heads on the dashboard upon giving up a good 10minutes later (the people who ordered in front of us were long gone), we hear that glorious, "does everything look correct on the screen?"... no, no it did not.
I can understand first time learners who need to get the hang of drive though, but this man has taken our orders multiple times, messing up our order every time. I don't know why they keep putting him...
