This is one of my favorite spots in Rockaway Borough! It's a perfect place to sit peacefully and listen to the water and magical moments that mother nature is offering. You may get lucky and catch the little train crossing over, too. I like to stop here and drop a line in for some trout in the spring as I fish the local area. There are picnic tables and benches to have lunch and chill out for a bit. This spot is also where my dog Bosco loves to go sniff and splash around on a hot summer day!

While the county offers a lot of escapes, this park offers a variety of perspectives from the river to train tracks and small paths nearby for a mini stroll. Don't forget the countless wildlife that flock here and as a rail fan, the freight train that passes through here.
