I completely agree with the one-star review, below. I have renovated many homes and worked with many businesses. I have never had an experience as bad as this one. Most remarkable is that any questioning or changes are met with threats, delays and the well-rehearsed bullying formula you see in that review's response: a reminder of how you as the customer were minimally agreed with on some issue early on, then followed up by a bizarre comment about the lovely project and capped off by a reminder that they did something extra (which was actually contractually required) just to make it look like they are more responsive than they are. Our project involved needing an architect, a builder, and a designer for new construction in Morris County. Rae Design Group brought their expertise to the kitchen design I had always wanted . Making it a modern kitchen for our family to enjoy. Our kitchen cabinets are of high quality. My contractor mentioned to me that the quality of the cabinets were superior. Rae Design worked well with the many contractors I used for installing the cabinetry and finishing the overall kitchen design.
