Reader... please know that this is the toughest review I have ever tried to wordsmith. I am not sure if anyone can describe a business that is changing their life (and come across as credible). For Me, Blue Titan is this place so I feel obligated to try...

I am married with 2 kids and have spent the better part of 20 years working at a desk. I tried joining gyms, signing up for martial arts classes, and doing "insanity" at home but nothing stuck. I felt weak, lethargic and way older than my chronological age.

I started taking KRAV MAGA at BLUE TITAN about 5 months ago. The workout is intense and the skills you learn to protect yourself are no joke. The intensity is balanced by the down to earth instructors. The staff genuinely care about the members and are always available to help. This also comes through they way Eric and Amanda (owners) run the business. They are constantly giving back to the community via an ongoing stream of fund raisers to support the Yellow Ribbon Fund, families of police officers killed in the line of duty, Breast Cancer Research and more.

I don't claim to have a great deal of experience with the CrossFit program. That said, I have watched other people change their physique over a brief few month period. I decided to start CF and the instructors have been great so far.

BTW - This is not a Musclehead Gym or a dime-a-dozen Taekwondo school where you need the flexibility of gymnast to feel any sense of satisfaction. The instructors are down to earth, the students are all "real" people who support each other and I promise that you will feel great after every workout.

I don't care if you are a teen, a new mom, a middle aged business person or a retiree... The Blue Titan Krav Maga and CrossFit programs WILL help you to get fit, be confident in your own skin, protect the people you love, and get you in the best shape of your life. The bonus is that you get to do it in a supportive and friendly environment.

The owner, coaches, staff and members are some of the best, friendliest, heartfelt, supportive, and encouraging I have ever encountered!

I joined Blue Titan in May of 2017. I weighed atleast 189lbs (that was the last time i weighed myself before joining) i was slow, unfit, out of shape (unless you considered round a shape) and only getting worse.

I stepped into Blue Titan the day after mother's day, unsure, uncomfortable, uncertain, nervous, apprehensive, and afraid. I knew NOTHING about crossfit or weights and WODS.

I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff followed by the coach and introduced to the other members taking the class. This warm welcome eased some of my fears. What helped me the most on that first day and the following weeks is that the coach took the time to explain, walk me through, and assist me with every aspect of the workout. From form, weights, movements, skill building, and even scale many of them due to limitations, injuries, and lack of strength.

I have been a regular at this box for over a year now. I have lost over 50lbs and the inches have melted away. But that is NOT the best part. The best part is my gains! I've gained strength, confidence, friendship from the staff and members, knowledge of healthy eating, self discipline, consistency, endurance, speed, and the most important of all, becoming a healthy role model for my 6 year old daughter!

I would absolutely recommend Blue Titan to anyone that is looking to adjust their fitness and health. I think my favorite thing about the gym is how attentive the staff is. They approach every person individually to make sure that their needs are being met. When I first came into the gym I had a history of knee surgeries from years of athletics and was nervous about re-injury. I had been to previous gyms that said they would work around the injury and didn’t. The team at Blue Titan was fantastic, they made sure to take time to evaluate me before I started and adjusting the workouts so that I could strengthen my legs without re injuring myself. The focus on proper form and technique and not trying to push heavier weight early I was able to work through the injury and was able to go back to doing squats without fear of hurting myself. The attention to detail for each person coupled with the coaching program for my nutrition also allowed me to take off much needed weight quickly and efficiently.
