I have ordered the "A Queen's Beauty" deluxe size flower arrangement for my wife and according to their website description this supposed to be "something majestic" and (see pictures) the flower orientation supposed to be ALL-AROUND B-U-T when it came it was just one sided so instead of putting it in the middle of the table we had to replace it attached to the wall and I pretended with my wife that everything was OK, even if I was super disappointed because that arrangement + 1 balloon costed $103! Moreover, the owner of the business called my wife on the phone to ask her why I was disappointed (since I was at work -BTW I work at Temple and I am a scientist- and I wasn't able to pick up the call) so I had to reveal her the whole story and also the overly expensive price and then the happy event of purchasing flowers has turned into a very sad and wrong choice on my part, that I had trusted a local business located just 0.3 miles from where I have been living for almost 10 years. I have to write that Mr. Blake tried to get in touch with me to fix the story but I believe that unfortunately, when it comes to flowers for birthdays and weddings (even for funerals!) the chance to satisfy the customers cannot be granted a second time. Moreover, the fact that I had to involve and discuss about that also with my wife was very regrettable... Next time I will definitely go to a reliable big store like Giant or...

I ordered it on a Saturday to be delivered on Sunday the next day (Google and their website indicated that they were open and able to deliver that day). I called them Monday morning and instead of trying to fix the issue, he said he would cancel the order. He questioned me asking why I placed the order so late (fyi, I have a little baby at home) and when I told him that they should not have their calendar show availability on a day they're closed or not able to deliver, he told me not to tell him how to run his business. He also told me they were far from the location (35mins) and that they did not have those flowers available, so it would have been "impossible" (his words) to have it done. When I called them, my goal was to work with them and simply try to fix the issue as soon as possible, instead, I was the one being questioned. Read moreI’m sure they do lovely work, but I went in to ask if I could buy a few of the card holders that go into a flower arrangement or plant when sent as a gift. First I was told that they don’t even use them anymore. I pointed to one that was in a poinsettia and explained that was what I was looking for. I was asked what I was using it for & although it was none of their business, I explained. When I stated it was to hold gift cards in a display that I had bought at Trader Joe’s, you’d have thought I said I wanted to use them to stab Santa in the eye. They refused to sell any to me....
