I was recommended infinity through a family friend in preparation for an engagement. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about diamonds or rings or jewelry in general. They took all the time necessary to help me understand what I’m looking at, what would or wouldn’t work and the building process for it. We came up with a vision within 20 minutes of being there paid a deposit and hoped for the best. Less than a week later they called me and said it was ready. They knocked it out of the park! We all shared excitement when I picked it up and Kevin and Heather explicitly told me to update them after the proposal. I was a loyal customer of the previous jeweler that had the business. After they retired I wasn’t sure who I was going to go to. I was celebrating my 40th anniversary and my husband bought me a locket. Sadly that jeweler I went too wouldn’t touch the pictures. Being I couldn’t do it myself my husband took my locket over to Infinity Jewelers of Rockledge and Colleen was so helpful and kind to put the pictures in. I was so thrilled to have a locket with the precious people in my life fixed. When I came back I believe it was Heather as well as Colleen that helped me picked out a chain and put my spacers on.
