I've been attending classes for over 6 months now and I love going to Bill's hot yoga class! Most guys I know are hesitant to start yoga, but one class with Bill tends to change their opinion. His style is power vinyasa which is physically demanding (especially in the heat) and by sticking to the same routine every class you really get to focus on improving little parts of your technique week to week. I’ve been a weightlifter, wrestler, and martial artist all of my life and literally owned a Martial Arts school for 26 years. Read moreI began my yoga practice in 2009. My first session at TM was back in 11/2018. I've taken various classes at different times; so far, experienced about 7 different TM instructors and have never been disappointed. While I do have a favorite, they all appear to have genuine passion for what they do making each class a pleasure. More often than not I feel an hr is too short & I don’t want it to be over. TM also offer many workshops and retreats. I’ve attended a 1-day retreat and a toddler and me workshop. They were both great & I intend to participate in more.
