Rockledge Jewelers — Attraction in Rockledge

I normally don’t leave reviews on places but I just have to say stay away! Definition of bad business! Let me start with this, I came to the Rockledge area about a year ago and I already have purchased two pieces of jewelry from them totaling over $2K and they seemed friendly enough at the time, the first piece i bought the lady told me anytime I need it cleaned or fixed or anything to come back and they’ll take care of me… fast fwd to after I buy my second piece a few months later the chain broke… I come back in and they don’t even acknowledge my presence for about 2 mins… totally different vibe in there.. very unfriendly and cold. I told her I needed my necklace fixed and “Robin Bailey” who helped me scoffed and said “that’s going to be at least 6 weeks” like she was disgusted by me or something. I told her it was okay I wanted the same jeweler who I bought it from to fix and she told me it would be $40. Okay a piece I bought from you less than 3 months ago and you can’t even acknowledge I’m a repeat customer or give me some sort of discount and acted like I’m an inconvenience to your entire business. Fast forward that was August 21, I picked up my jewelery today on 10/15 they claimed they called me and left a message when it was ready but I didn’t get one… that’s neither here nor there. Point being is I gave good recommendations out about this place at first to locals and I sadly take it back. Unless you go in there with a couple hundred or more to spend they treat you horribly. Real classless business...

I called for the most tiniest of repair I'm a senior citizen in rockledge they still want to charge me $30 to $40 for the most my new 5-minute repair absolute rip off have no concern for senior citizens they're only concerned about ripping people off for money it takes me a long time to make $30 that's almost a week's worth of gas for my truck or food for 5 days and they want to rip me off for 5 minutes worth of work completely insulting and a bunch of thieves and no consideration for people that don't have money they're only interested in ripping people off and I'm sure many people have been ripped off how absurd and...

Normally I will name out an excellent employee by name, but here EVERYBODY is absolutely delightful. Ana was the person whom I met first, exactly the type of person I would want to represent my small business. Classy, but not pretentious. This is a family owned business, and it shows. The owners are more than happy to converse with you as well. Exactly the kind of business Brevard needs, and I am happy to patronize.
