KidsPark Rocklin — Attraction in Rocklin

We recently enrolled our 2-year-old at this kids’ park. The staff were very kind, caring, and attentive, which we truly appreciated. However, we were disappointed with the owner’s approach. When our son cried from fear of being separated from me, the owner responded aggressively and showed no empathy, stating that they do not accept crying beyond 30 minutes.

As a family who just moved to this city two months ago, we were hoping for more support and understanding. Despite visiting three consecutive days, they were unwilling to help our son gradually adjust to the new environment.

My 6 month old daughter must have been left in a soiled diaper because after her visit there she had diaper rash worse than I had ever seen! They said they checked the diaper every hour on the hour unless needed but when I picked her up she was dirty and crying. The manager was not empathetic when my two year old was very scared. She was rude and unprofessional telling me that comforting her would only make things worse and not to even say good bye or reassure her I would be back! My sons started going to Kids Park about once a week at ages 2 and 3 and went there on a regular basis for about a year (until we needed full day daycare). They loved the teachers and other kids there, always had fun and never had any incidents with other kids (biting, hitting, etc.) They do frequent art projects that are sent home with kids and are fun to see. It's super convenient to be able to the kids drop off whenever needed; could be for an hour to get errands done or 5 hours if working. They also offer lunch and/ or dinner for a small amount more.
