Do not come here especially because of Lacy, This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I came to your store with my family, waiting for my 4year old to be dropped off and when I tried to order an item from the kids menu for her I was given a strict "No, we only serve breakfast to 12 and under or 55 and above with that menu." Not only was this disappointing to hear that they genuinely would rather lose a customer than allow me to continue my order. My husband ordered two breakfast items for us to share, one item for our daughter in front of us and one item for our daughter on the way. We left. Her service was not only brief and rude from the time we came in, she also complained across the room about wondering where her hostess was which I feel is extremely unprofessional. She then continued to loudly complain to other coworkers about how we were trying to be cheap and didn't want to order a full menu item. I feel so belittled and disrespected after having someone call me cheap in front of the entire restaurant. How dare they! I've never felt so brutalized by a server in my entire life! Thank you Lacy, I will...
Read moreWe always have amazing service at this location! In regards to Rebecca McGar's comment of the "tweaker" server I would like to clarify this supposed issue. This "tweaker" is a great worker, and all around wonderful human being. She also happens to suffer from Tourette's syndrome, something she cannot control and does not realize she is doing. The tongue twitching is unfortunately a side effect of this disorder, and is no way an indicator of drug abuse. Maybe some people, such as Rebecca, should learn to stop judging people by their outward appearances and remain silent unless they have anything nice to say. As a mother of an Autistic child who can't always control their outbursts that review struck a nerve with me. Clearly you are teaching your children to follow in your horrible footsteps of judging without knowing. If you had the opportunity to know this amazing woman you would have never commented something so disgusting. Anyways, our family visits regularly due to the...
Read moreIHOP provided the food and level of service I would expect from a franchise breakfast diner. Food was delivered fast, service was friendly but somewhat limited due to the number of patrons in the restaurant.one of the biggest downsides of restaurants like this is the limited number of healthy options. Most of their breakfast entrees are around a thousand calories or more. I chose one of the few omelet selections that were a healthy choice and while it was decent it did not have a lot of flavor. my son's choice of the cinnastack was very tasty but extremely sweet. It was like having dessert for breakfast.unless you go with one of their breakfast specials prices are a bit more than I thought they would be for very basic breakfast food. It was very similar to what I would expect at a...
