Rockmart Crossroads — Attraction in Rockmart

Empty shelves. Unable to find an associate for help. Long check outs. I know the self checkout is a great addition. But having actual cashiers and check outs would be great. A huge buggy full of items and having sit my grocery bags in the floor to continue checking out is awful. No associate to bring an extra buggy. Even as they watch you struggle to self check out and 30 bags in the floor? Not great customer service. When this store 1st opened I drove way out of my way for 2 years because I liked it so much I live much closer now and I'm driving further to other locations or...

I don't know who owns this location but I pray for them. The service has really really feel off here. There will be no cars in the line. You can drive up to place your order and they will ask you to "please wait" while they are on the other side outside smoking or on the phone. Real disappointment. Go elsewhere. The lobby is ALWAYS Closed. I tried the door, it was locked. It wasn't until I took this pic and inquired about it that they came and unlocked the lobby...

It has Walmart, a gas station and a few other businesses. So as a combination it's easy to get what you want in one place. Hard to give a rating for the essentials being met that it does so A4 it is. Certainly doesn't blow your socks off, but it doesn't disappoint you either, perhaps four stars is a little generous? Generous? But it does surprise with everything available...
