Coral Cove Family Fun Center — Attraction in Rockton Township

We had my sons first birthday party here yesterday and everything went amazing! My party guests arrived at 3:30pm and we did not leave until almost 8pm because everyone was enjoying themselves. From the minute we arrived it was utter perfection; Bret greeted us and our guests, helped me unload my car, set up our decorations, gathered our party for a group photo in the bouncy house area before going to the party room where he passed out food and cake. The bouncy houses were large; the adults and big kids were able to bounce as well. The arcade area is large and they have MANY games for all ages. In the private party room We took too long to open gifts (because I brought a backdrop and lighting and we were taking pictures) but he put the gifts in a designated area so my baby could open them with family. The entire duration of the party and after Bret was patient and personable with us and especially the children. He helped put everything back into my car. He assisted so well I was able to focus on my son and party guests and enjoy ourselves. The food was good as well; they have it delivered from Bravo pizza down the street. I would DEFINITELY have another party here and my guests said they will be back soon as well. I have to give another shout out to Bret he was flawless!! I kept losing my phone and he would bring it back to me or tell me where I set it; he is great at what he does! Thank you Coral Cove for making my sons first...

I wanted to say that I was contacted by the new owner and they handled my issue with absolute grace. Thank you for all you do!

(This place is fun for the kids but the lack of communication for throwing a party is disappointing. I was told one thing over the phone and charged immensely more once the day came. I believe the workers were misunderstood but that still doesn’t change the extra $150 that was spent. I have contacted them to see if they’ll address the issue, but there needs to be better confirmation on what is said over the phone because then things were put in the room I thought was free and we ended up being charged for. And the toys for the tickets are very underwhelming. Over all probably not worth the money and I will just take the kids to chuck e cheese or spend the same amount for a day...

2 and 4 year old had lots of fun. The staff was so friendly, especially the girl with the shoulder length brown hair and a nose piercing! (Sorry I forgot her name!) However, the flags (literally everywhere) and the cross on the wall were a bit much and seem like a really weird choice for a family fun center. I can imagine it would make some families feel unwelcome. Other than that it was great 😊
