Last night on 2-9-15, i ordered the Orange Chicken dinner with an upgrade of beef fried rice and an order of vegetable spring rolls. I have placed this very same order many times and have always paid $2 extra for the upgrade of the beef fried rice. Last night however, I was charged $9.55 for the orange chicken and an extra $4.50 for the beef fried rice. I explained to the guy behind the counter that I have never been charged this way before and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager wasnt there. At that point 2 other employees said that they have charged $2 for the upgrade and that the way I was charged was incorrect. The guy I was speaking to said that this is the way they have always done it and that the other 2 employees were wrong. The 2nd employee slapped down $20 and offered to bet that he was wrong and it could be changed. The guy I was speaking to chose to ignore this and answered the phone and never came back. Knowing my family was waiting for our dinner, I didnt want to argue it any further and left. I wanted the manager but since there wasnt one available, I had little choice in how to handle it.I have NEVER had such rude service in my experiences there. The guy I spoke to had no consideration for how he spoke to me nor respect for his fellow employees. My order # was #215, the server who entered it was Chloe (who wasnt there when I arrived) and the time I placed the order was 8:44PM. I will not be back until I have been been given a justified apology and the extra money I spent is corrected. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was, I didnt deserve to be overcharged and I didnt need to witness such blatant disregard for customer service at an establishment that i have frequented so often. Panda Expess serves the same meal and I have never been treated this way there. I will be taking my business there if this is not resolved quickly. Read moreI ordered my food for delivery they said it would be 45 minutes, it took an hour and 10 minutes and I was 4.6 miles away! So I called after about an hour, they said it would be there shortly. So it gets there and already a little frustrated I got my food went to eat it, I did not have silverware or my drink so I called back a second time. The owner said she would call driver and have him turn around because he had my drink he just forgot to give it to me. So about 25 minutes after that I called back a third time for the owner to tell me the driver didn't answer so she was sending him back with it when he got back. She asked me if I would like a $5 coupon for next time and I told her there wouldn't be a next time. And I told her I wanted my money back, she refused to give me my money back. I was on my 30minute lunch and couldn't even eat my food. She then proceeded to argue with me and ended up hanging up on me! And the egg roll smelled like a dead mouse. And the chicken and rice soup was disgusting. I will be reporting her to the better business bureau. Horrible service and food! I will never order from...
Read moreNormally our orders are amazing! Today however the sweet and sour chicken was way overcooked. When I called to address it the young lady was told by the manager to have us bring it back for a refund. I get it, some people might be looking for something free, however we were not. We chose to pick up our order and it wasn't busy so over cooked chicken wasn't necessary but it made it worse that instead of talking to me durectly it was "bring it back if it's overcooked". I feel badly for the young lady that profusely apologized to me and the manager should be ashamed. The order was $42 and the manager should have spoke to me instead of putting it on the person that answered the phone. I feel like the manager didn't believe my complaint but in this economy she should have discussed it with me and made the request herself if she didn't believe how badly the chicken was cooked.
