Prairie Hill Meats — Local services in Rockton Township

Went to Prarie Hill meats for the first time and asked for a three and a half pound Prime Rib Roast. They gave me a three pound roast, not very accurate for a butcher shop. It was over ten dollars a pound, I went home cooked it to medium rare the same day it was very tuff and I was not impressed at all I don’t mind paying good money for good food but I have honestly bought the same item from chain stores and have paid less for better roast.
