Three-time customer! These guys are the best! Okay, so I needed a new(ish) MacBook because I (love love love) my 2015 MB pro—that still runs Premiere Pro and Photoshop like new! (The 12015 MBPs were really the best ones ever made). But mine was suffering from battery swelling. So I bought a replacement 2015 MBP that works amazingly fast for just over $500, and I saved $2500 on a new MBP. I run my business on this, so $ spent is a real concern. This new(to me) MBP works perfectly and runs the latest OSX, so yay.

So, then I sold them my old MBP and also my 13" 2013 Retina MBP that had been just sitting around. Wow, it's like I got an almost free computer upgrade. They pay FAST!

Then (third time) I bought another MBP and they even discounted the price from their own listed price, just because, well they didn't give me a reason, but they did. These people are really nice (quality of character), but also experts at computers. Seriously, if you need to sell, or you want to save a LOT of money by buying a refurbished Mac, these people are super-honest and very friendly. Naturally I will almost certainly be buying even newer Macs as my business needs (and more money comes in). But for now, I am really good. I was able to "recycle" old tech and upgrade my equipment. Anyway I just wanted to share. It is nice when someone actually does the job you pay them for, right? :-)

I purchased an Apple Mac Pro from Simply Mac on March 23 from their EBay store. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a used system compared to a new one. I need a laptop for music and the grandkids. I did not want junk, or someone else’s problem, but I also did not want to shell out a couple of thousand bucks. I came across the Apple MacBook Pro 15 inch on eBay. I read through the specs and the reviews and even checked on the reviews on this model through several independent websites. I could find nothing wrong, and with the guarantee offered I thought I’d chance it. I was not disappointed. The laptop I received should have been listed as new. There was not a blemish on the thing. In face the surface felt somewhat ruff and bumpy like new ones do. It fired right up and worked great (and still does). I was very impressed with the quality, shipping speed and the care in packaging it. I also received EXCELLENT customer service from Jenny which included all I needed to know to get up and running. If you are considering buying a MacBook Pro consider SimplyMac your experience will be smooth and you will be pleased. I know that I plan on getting a few more Apple products and now I have a place where I’m confident my money will be well spent. Save your money on new, and do yourself a favor and check them out. I was shopping for Christmas gifts for my sons and came across simply macs. We couldn't be happier with our purchases. We bought 1 for a Christmas gift and liked the price and quality so much I bought another for my other sons 18th birthday. I am updating my post - We bought the extended warranty Because as I stated above these were for a child and a young adult. My child( 10 years old) Dropped his computer breaking the left arm and the screen. Got in touch with Brandon at Simply Macs Paid $70 for the computer to be fixed (parts) And $40 for the shipping to them and return shipping. Total turnaround Once the computer was shipped Was 10 days. They also noticed that my son had blown his speakers so they replaced that as well.
