After a long day, we were looking forward to having to dinner and chose Bravo's. I wish I could go back in time and choose anywhere else.
To start, and probably the only good thing about the evening, was our host, who greeted us right away and gave us our drinks super fast. However, when I asked what the soup of the day was - clam chowder - I told him I'd take a cup, but he nor the waitress brought it to me. Im thanking my lucky stars they forgot though.
Next, our waitress came by and took our order. I ordered the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, my son ordered the chicken wings and mozzarella sticks and my husband ordered a sausage Italian dish (I forget the proper name, but it won't matter in a minute). Our waitress then gave us bread which was OK...in fact, was my saving grace cause that's all we could eat....because once we finally got our food, I immediately thought "this must be a joke"...but unfortunately it wasn't.
Im providing pictures because my words will NOT do this place justice. My shrimp fettuccine Alfredo came with boiled noodles, non seasoned shrimp with what I imagine was a jar of Alfredo dumped on top. I moved the noodles around in hopes maybe I could salvage it, but it looked like just an upset stomach waiting to happen. Such little care, that I inquired with my husband..maybe the real chef left earlier and someone else was forced to just throw something together. My sons food was overly cooked, so dry and without taste...and he is 10...he will eat anything.
And lastly, my husband's food was so inedible that his stomach started to cramp halfway home from the measly little few bites he attempted to consume. He said half the sausage pieces were rock hard and what we believe to be freezer burn...so who knows how long they had those sausages in the fridge/freezer.
The food was just so bad, sight, taste and price. We left hungry but also feeling slightly sick from just how little care this place took for service.
And if all that doesn't make you concerned, and this is of no fault really of the restaurant, another patron who was dining right next to us, stood up with barely his pants on to cover himself, so not only were we pretty sure we were on a prank show for the horrible food, but it had to have been a joke that someone could be "mooning" everyone in the restaurant too!
If I could give - stars, I would. That's how horrible this place was. Do yourself a BIG favor, go...
Read moreAbout a month ago I ordered delivery for my family & I, pizza for them & a salad for myself. On the call I specifically stated no croutons & no bread because I have celiac disease. Food was delivered, I opened up my salad container & there was the bread I asked them to remove. I thought no big deal, I'll just eat the portion of the salad that didn't touch the bread. Then I noticed what I thought was seasoning, when it was actually chunks of croutons that had been put on the salad & then removed. My husband called & told them what had happened so they told him they would give us a credit for the price of the salad ($16). Fast forward to last night, we ordered the same thing. Pizza for the family & a salad for me, & again I emphasized no croutons & no bread. I also let the girl on the phone know that there should be a credit on file for us & she said she saw it & would deduct that cost from our bill. Great. Food gets delivered, I open the container with my salad & there are so many croutons on my salad you can hardly see the dang lettuce. I grabbed the receipt & not only did it just say "no bread", the credit they gave us was only $5. No, I didn't call to complain because at this point I don't want a credit, they just won't have my business anymore. Very...
Read moreThey recently raised prices which I understand but the quality is getting worse. We were just there Tuesday night and I ordered a cup of soup which I could have used for wall paper paste it was soooo thick. Then I ordered their Bravo salad, the sausage was over cooked and hard. I would guess a couple of days old. The bread stick with it was hard and couldn’t be eaten. Doesn’t anyone take pride in their work? Maybe they need to train their cook.
Just wanted to leave an update. Don’t eat here. Tonight they had no diet soda, none. It seems in an emergency they could run to a local grocery and buy some and just limit the variety. Their waitresses are not that good. They are always rushing around but there aren’t more than a few tables there with people. Sometimes you get bread with your dinner sometimes not. There doesn’t seem to be a manager there, you never see one. The family that owned Bravos before worked very hard at taking care of their customers. The people that own it now have never been seen and don’t care about the place at all. Sorry to say this because I really...
