Bought a 2015 macbook pro from these guys on ebay a few weeks ago. They were quick to answer a few questions before I decided on pulling the trigger. It came very nicely packed, I was actually surprised to see how secure the laptop was inside the packaging.. it was a custom sort of sleeve that safely compressed it.. I’m sure if I searched online it’s probably common for shipping laptops or tablets but anyways it was nice to see. After having used the laptop I couldn’t be more happy with it. For it to be a used laptop it’s in super excellent almost mint condition. Basically brand new to me. Also came with a slim plastic case and a keyboard cover that I didn’t expect to get. All in all, I was looking for this very specific laptop for a couple of weeks, and I did spend slightly more than I wanted to, but I cannot be more glad that I did. It really is a great machine, fairly priced, and it appears as clean as it possibly could have when I got it.

Has an upgraded 2tb intel ssd, the 2.8-4ghz i7, 16gb ram, the r9 graphics. This machine is basically maxed out for its time. And for what I’m using it for, it should last me at least 4-5 years. (Basic/light 1080p-4k video editing - is smooth and seamless on this thing - the adobe suite premiere pro/after effects/photoshop/lightroom works smoother and faster on this than it does on a more powerfully spec’d pc - a freshly formatted clean os installed pc at that; also have music production apps with many plugins, vectorworks autocad stuff, microsoft office suite, exc. This thing handles it all very well. I was contemplating getting a new one but the base model wouldve been another $1k, only has usb-c, and wouldve been overkill for what I’m doing.

To be fair they asked me to write a review after I left positive feedback on ebay, but they deserve it. And the machine comes with a warranty. I’ll definitely be looking at what they have in the future when it’s time to...

Firstly....I purchased a MacBook Pro 15 (2010) with 8GB of RAM, 1TB SSD, and MacOS High Sierra preloaded from Brandon about a month ago. A few days later, I received it in the mail. I was so excited and impressed with the ease of purchase and shipment...not to mention, it included a nice case and silicone keyboard cover!

Oh yes...this was my very first Apple laptop...after being a PC Dude since Windows 3.0! 😁

It worked perfectly with no issues at all!!!

I recently purchased 3 large monitors for my office and a USB docking station to terminate one HDMI cable and the other VGA. The laptop had only one mini-DisplayPort. AND...I couldn't get the damn docking station to work!!!

I called Brandon and left a vmail. Immediately, Brandon responded via text that he was on another line and asked if he could return my call when he was done. Twenty minutes later, he called me back and I advised him of my dilemma. He proceeded to provide me with a few options and found one that was suitable for my needs and that I wouldn't have to upgrade for awhile. He sent me a Fedex label to return the original laptop and used it as a credit to upgrade to a newer model! He also agreed to move all of my existing software over to the new laptop!

In closing...if you are looking for an Apple with Amazzzzing customer service and Technical Support....check out Brandons store....you will not be disappointed!!!

I was searching on eBay for a refurbished Mac Book for my wife for Christmas, and had thought I had found one with another company, however the configuration would not allow my wife to download her copy of Office on it, because the operating system was too old. I tried contacting the company but was met with Crickets. Then I came here to Illinois precision group and was met with an instant reply as to what I needed and the communication from start to finish was AMAZING!!! I did finally hear from the other company - when I told them I would be returning the device that was useless to my wife back to them. THEN they wanted to know what they could do to help - too little, too late. Brandon walked me through what I would need - even cancelled my order when I - ALMOST - ordered the wrong unit and directed me to the one that would work, and it DOES!!! My wife absolutely LOVES her new to her Mac Book!! I am even considering going from my PC back to a Mac Book for myself, so don't be surprised if I reach back out in a few weeks!! I have absolutely zero hesitations in recommending Brandon and his organization to anyone looking for a quality product at a reasonable price!!!
