P P Smoke Shop — Local services in Rockton Township

My boyfriend and I have been going here since we moved up to Wisconson to buy kratom. We haven't had problems except one times, because the count in the bags have been wrong. That time my boyfriend talked to the guy, he seems sorry, took it well, and fixed it. But today, they were completely rude. I bought a 240 count for $85, but the bag did not seem like it had the full count so I took them to my car and counted them. There was 197 in a 240 bag. The 200 count bag cost $65. If I had bought the 200 bag I wouldn't have made a big deal but since I bought the one that was $20 more then yes I was going to say something. They did give me a 60 count bag to make up for the missing, but the thing is the owner had to be called and I ended up talking on the phone with him. He said never in his life has someone counted the bag content, which I know is not true because of our previous experience. He told me that they will give me the 60 count bag, but I'm never to count the bags we buy again. I'm highly upset because we go to that store at least once a week, but to be spoken to like that when I was trying to be nice and understanding makes me seriously doubt that me or my boyfriend will...

This place is great! The owner is super friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, and a good family man. I go there all the time for cigarettes, Kratom, and glass smoking pipes. Its a safe location, and pretty steady with quiet customers, and close parking. Its on Prairie Hill just a little bit northwest of South Beloit High School. Prices are competitive with other smokeshops alike. Its relatively close to Wisconsin border so If you don't wanna pay the Wisconsin taxes on cigarettes this place is a good place to stop...

Been coming here for years. Today i stopped for blunts and used my debit card. Its the only place I used my card in the last 3 days, paid cash for everything else. Ten mins after I left, someone tried to purchase $98 worth of Amazon stuff but it declined.
