I bought a pair of shoes for my wife a week before Christmas from the Forney location. After my wife opened the shoes I found out they were to small. We went to try and return them for a bigger size to find out they didn't have them. No big deal when do you think you will have them in stock. Lady behind the counter ..don't know we order them in bulk. But we normal get them in a week or two.. They gave us in store credit because they don't give refunds. We call back after two weeks and they tell us no shoes yet... They are still waiting on the owners to make the order.. It should be real soon. We call back again after about 3 weeks and were told they ordered them and they should be in anytime.. She said give us your number and we will call you when they come in "We will pull her size for you"... After not hearing anything back from them I go up to them today and asked if they had her size... She said no but we just order the shoes "wtf" You told me that 3 weeks ago!! She says I know I'm sorry.. But we will call you when they come in... This would have been all taken care of if they would have just given my money back for the items they can't get in stock and on I would go... But No I keep getting lied to so this was the reason for my post... If and when they come in after this is done.. I will NEVER go back to them again for anything.. Worst customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased a dress from them, had my hubby to pick it up for me, got it home, tried it on and immediately washed it in a front-load washer on cold, let it dry (on a extra low setting to help with wrinkles) for a few minutes then hung to dry. Got ready to wear it to my granddaughters birthday party and found a good-sized hole in it. Called the boutique, later that day, and was told that they donāt accept washed or worn items, although I had already told them it had never been worn, only washed because I donāt wear clothing right out of the package. The young lady put me on hold twice to confer with a manager and was twice denied an exchange. So Iām stuck with an unwearable dress (unless I pay someone to fix it) just because Groovyās customer service doesnāt differentiate between a manufacturing defect and an abuse of clothing. Iām sure theyāve taken things back, that were possibly washed AND worn, but I guess my purchase didnāt make the cut! I will NEVER shop there again and have already removed the items in my cart for my next purchase, and the friends Iāve raved about them to, Iāve told them not to patronize them, if they plan on being made whole if their product cannot withstand...
