Flying Ryno — Local services in Rockwall

I recently visited this store and was disappointed with the customer service. Upon entering, we didn't receive a welcome. The store seemed primarily geared toward children aged six and under, which was fine, but the overall shopping experience left much to be desired.

When we were ready to check out, the customers in front of us encountered issues with their card. Instead of addressing the situation promptly, the cashier took her time chatting with them as they were her friends or family members and even offered them discounts. By the time it was our turn, her attitude was noticeably rude.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I received today. I tried to be lazy and hit a local boutique closer to my house instead of driving out to Rockwall. I had a horrible experience at the boutique by me and called Flying Ryno to check stock, they were closing at 5pm and GPS said 5:11pm, Kenzi was so sweet over the phone, offered to wait for me to get there and also had my item ready when I walked in the door. And to make things even better, my toddlers both decided they needed to use the bathroom and take FOREVER. She was so kind and patient with us. Next time, I’ll just make the drive first!...

I’ve strolled past this shop while visiting downtown Rockwall for a couple of months now. I decided to stop in today and was pleasantly surprised. This shop is absolutely stunning. You can tell that the owner, Nicki, has put her heart and soul into it. The style took me back to the little shops I would find while wandering around little rues in France.

We talked for a while about life and all the adorable gifts, trinkets, and outfits in the store. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. And I wish Nicki and her family all the best. Looking forward to...
