uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair — Attraction in Rocky Mount

I went in on Sunday and the gentlemen that was there was very nice and helpful. He said he placed an order for my screen and it would be in on Tuesday. I called later Tuesday afternoon to see if the screen had arrived and was told after 2 seconds of giving my name that my screen hadnt arrived and they were unsure when UPS would make there delivery that day there was no way to track it. So I waited until Wednesday and actually went into the store and spoke with another gentlemen not the one from Sunday who went into the back and was gone again for 2 seconds to come back and tell me my screen still hadn't arrived I heard him speaking with someone about my order on Sunday and he came back to the computer and did alot of clicking around to tell me UPS stated it would be there Wednesday around 11. ( but the day before I was told there was no way to track it) I proceeded to tell the gentleman that it was Wednesday and it was ten minute's to 11, he looked confusesd and then said he didn't realized it was Wednesday I feel like I was lied to and gave the run around its now Thursday afternoon and still no text or phone call, even after the gentlemen told me yesterday he would call me around 1 yesterday to let me know if the screen came in. I have taken my business elsewhere. Service wise the staff was polite and friendly but I think ordering mistakes were made, I was lied to and ran around and no one wanted...

I stopped by because my iPhone would not consistently charge due to issues with the cable connecting to the charger port. I had cleaned the charger port on my own with canned air and tools purchased from Amazon. I was pretty sure that I needed to spend the money to have the port replaced. After searching online for a local shop to perform the repair, I was confident in choosing uBreakiFix. I was quickly greeted upon entering the store and was assured my phone would be successfully repaired. After checking it out, it was confirmed that I wasn’t getting a good connection with the charger cable. The phone was taken to the service area for a more thorough examination. It was quickly returned to me after finding more lint in the charger port which was removed. I was sent on my way with a friendly farewell and no charge for the service. I couldn’t be happier. I brought my Samsung galaxy flip z 3 to have my protective screen repaired today. This company was referred to me by Samsung as an authorized repair. The man that I spoke to went in the back to talk with someone for about 5 minutes. When he returned he told me because the hinge of my phone has visible damage the warranty is void through Samsung. He is clueless. I called Samsung and they advised me the screen is covered under warranty for one time. The scrap on the hinge has nothing to do with the screen protector bubbling up. Needless to say Samsung told me just to ship it to them so they could fix it. This company does not have the necessary tools to fix certain screens so that's why they said what they said to me. They need to read the Samsung warranty and stop trying to turn away...
