We held our child’s first birthday party here this weekend and it was absolutely perfect! A staff member contacted us the night before to confirm a color theme and when we arrived the party room was already set with table cloth and plates to match that color. She helped us bring all of our things in and made set up very easy. She was then super friendly and inviting to all of our guests. At the end of the party, she helped clean the area and pack all of our things to make leaving very quick and easy. At the time I booked, a private party option was not available and I was slightly worried about how crowded it might be outside of our guests. That ended up not being a problem at all! We ended up having pretty much the whole space to ourselves. Since then, they’ve also added the option to have a completely private party. Highly recommended this space for birthday parties, especially with guests of varying ages. Everyone had an area they could play safely and it was a great time...
Read moreThe play structures are very small. The whole building itself is very small. It's designed for kids under the age of three. Kids get bored very quickly. Music playing over the sound system is repetitive and very boring. The cost for this place is outrageous for what you get. We barely made it one hour before we were so bored we had to leave. The cost for me, two other adults, my three year-old and six month old was $45 in total! That exact same trip with the same people would have cost $13 total at let's imagine in Bentonville. I highly recommend let's imagine because they have Twice the space, much larger, safer, and more fun structures that even adults can climb through with their kids. And the cost at let's imagine is extremely reasonable. We can easily spend two hours in there and still not get bored. Don't waste your time at...
Read moreOK, so the place is overpriced to begin with, which is what you expect with this sort of thing - it is cute, and great for an age 1-4 crowd. Our kids (3.5 and 1.5) had a great time. Worth the price? No, but for an occasional outing this would be a good thing to do, especially when too cold to go to a park.
My main complaint is that my husband and I came with 2 paying children and they charged for "1 additional adult." A normal policy would be 1 adult for each child. If we each paid separately with one of our children we would both be free, so WHY charge extra for a second parent when they are bringing TWO kids?! Policies like this drive me totally insane. (I would've said something at the time but my husband paid who never notices this sort of thing). I would be happy to amend my review if they...
