Vintage Stock — Attraction in Rogers

This store, Dakota and Lauren, I’m sad to say Manager and Operating Manager of the Rogers, AR location, had an opportunity to display pure customer service at the core and failed miserably. After calling the Fayetteville location and promised that the Rogers location had a particular item in stock, I then called the Rogers store to verify and asked if they would hold the item at the counter. They promised that the item would be at the counter upon arriving. Unfortunately, after a 30 minute drive to pick it up...was told that they “did not” actually have the item. I gave Lauren, the on-duty manager, an opportunity to make it right by offering a solution after ensuring such an upsetting and misguided “lie”. I met with a stern, insensitive attitude - even making me the perpetrator!!! Haha!! And then gave the manager an opportunity over the phone, but was told there was “nothing” he could do either. I’m screaming at the top of my lungs to PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO BUY ANYTHING!! Very poor customer service and you will mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as a customer! Lisa - the sweet employee that at least tried - PLEASE, I beg you, find another job that actually teaches customer service. You deserve better. DO NOT buy from here! Overpriced products ( Used & New games, gaming accessories, movies and music), shady business. I bought a used PS4 from this location and if they were truly helpful, they would have informed me that I could have bought a NEW PS4 for the same price as their used PS4's ( I didn't know / see this until I came back considering that they had the new PS4's at the very top of their shelves, behind the counter, so pretty much at the top corner). The controller that came with the system was no good and the system itself was old, dirty and had various issues with it. The 1st usb hub was damaged. When I brought it back to the store, the clerk said that I should have bought a can of air duster and cleaned it out myself. So pretty much, I had to dismantle and clean the system and the controller myself. I will never buy anything from this store again and please make sure that you do not get conned /...

YOU CAN RENT GAMES! Any game they have, even if it’s new they just make it used and let you take it home for 5 days for just $8. Siiick!

Compared to Game X Change, Vintage Stock’s games are usually a little more pricey, but I think the quality of what you get here is in better condition. I’m not sure they test all of their old games though like NES and SNES cause I bought one, returned it and got it again when they had another and I’m pretty sure it was the same one cause it still didn’t work. So I bought a different game, which also didn’t work. I definitely tested my console too. That’s not always the case! I would just really check those $40 retro games good before you sell them please. That’s my only critique.
