Horsebarn Park — Attraction in Rogers

Took my dog to kill some time while in town today and we both enjoyed it.

Great, well maintained little park, childrens playground, and trail with a restroom and drink vending machine.

There's also a water fountain with a ground level fountain for dogs. My own dog preferred the wading creek however 😆. Which is also nice and partially shaded.

Road to the parking area was MASSIVELY backed up due to parents picking up from a school adjacent to the lot. Doubt it's an issue except for 3-4pm on weekdays when was when I...

This is a wonderful little park. There's lots of places to sit for parents. There are restrooms available and if your feeling really adventurous you could even ride your bike here. My daughter did complain about the equipment being too hot. We went during the heat of the day in the afternoon. But she quickly got over that while playing in the shallow part of the creek. So be prepared with a change of clothes and a towel. We love coming! There's always friends to make and other kids...

Safe place to take little ones. Kind of secluded so you don't notice traffic. Lots of fun things to do there. Larg enough you can play on equipment without being right next to everyone else at the park. Many different "areas" per say. Alongside a trail too so you can go on a brief walk while staying parked. I do, however, wish they had more swings. 3 swings was not enough. Kids were always wanting to swing and they didn't...
