Starbucks — Restaurant in Rogers

I was at a coffee shop in Bentonville, Arkansas yesterday. I told him how much i love The Cake Pops, but I didn’t want to be a meanie and bother him and ask him for the recipe or anything. He said, “Oh, are you done ordering?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen cake pops in his hands without paying. The guy at the counter was very rude about it and unprofessional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear me, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When he took one of the drinks and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped and told me to buy them each individually “to prevent any electrical interference,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After he scanned each drink and put them in a bag and started to say the price...

I put a 1 start since I cannot put 0. CUSTUMER SERVICE there’s none, I always get my Starbucks at Bentonville it’s ALWAYS PERFECT. What I ask is what I received. I decided today to get it from this store when I received my order it’s not what I ask I told the I wanted just base no water/no lemonade. By seeing the color I can clearly see it has lemonade (have this drink millions of times I know how it looks likes, it’s my daily drink!) I let her know, she says “it doesn’t have it” I let her know that when I have taste of it I’m gonna feel the lemonade, she gives me a face of go ahead and try it. Try it let her know it has lemonade on it and ask her co-worker again and still tell me “no it doesn’t have it”, (never offer to make the drink supposed to). To not keep the interaction I just decided to not say anything else, grab the drink and go to the Starbuck in Bentonville nicer people, costumer service excellent and if they messed up the drink they offer you a new drink.

I do not frequent starbucks much at all. But the hotel coffee machine was broken. So I walked to starbucks in Rogers Arkansas. It was clean very crowded great customer service. It was so busy but my black coffee was given to me right away. Others were waiting on whatever. I need to go to a store next door. So I sat there for an hour and a half and watched the many many people going in and out of the building. Could not really see the drive through are but I could see the line wrapped around the building. I do not think there was less than 50 people inside there for at least an hour. Looked like a great team effort to make everyone happy. Coffee was good Pike Place for me. I was visiting and even in my home town I almost never go to starbucks. No specific reason just not convenient I guess. If I lived close to this one I might go back. If you are in the area give it a try. It was not full of people on computers just hanging out either.
