Coastal Farm & Ranch — Attraction in Roseburg

This will be my last visit to Coastal. I stood at the gun sales area for 30 minutes. Nobody every came out. One employee lady walked by 3 or 4 times and didn't even ask if I needed help. Since I was standing at the counter it was a given. 2 other guys were standing around the gun area counter with me too, yet nobody showed to help anyone. Coastal employees could care less if I was wanting to buy a couple guns. They wonder why people buy things online so much. Coastal obviously doesn't need my money, so they won't be getting it again.....ever. I mentioned the lack of anyone helping anyone and they said it was because everyone was out back loading animal feed. I saw 2 people back there when I got my feed so they are under staffed I guess. You just lost more than a couple rifle sales Coastal. As if they even care. Terrible customer service. Even after mentioning it to the girl that checked me out for the animal feed, she didn't seem to give a RIP either. DISGUSTING way to attempt to do business. She didn't even offer to get anyone for me to help me buy some guns, didn't even say sorry or anything....

After being worn down by the weeds at my job I elected to visit Coastal to upgrade my aging weed whacking arsenal. Dawson and his team, which I can only describe as "Genius' Manifest" expertly and decisively suggested I go for the Stihl brand .950 crosscut twine in neon green. I bought it, and bolstered by their supreme confidence I returned to my grim task with a new resolve. The new kit tore through the toughest and most stubborn of weeds in the outer field faster than the hershey squirts after mexican food. The twine never snagged, never broke, and made the rest of my day a success. The next morning I arrived back to finish the inner field and discovered that all of the weeds were gone, leaving behind only a lush green field of pristine grass and a surrender note that simply read, "We give up. I will do my best to keep it short, I shop at coastal quite a bit as I receive a discount thru my employer. Boots work clothes etc. I try to only go to the white city store because of their terrific customer service, the store is over an hour away from my house so 3 times I have gone to the roseburg location only out of convenience it is approximately 45minutes from my house. Every single time I have been to the roseburg location the cashiers have been extremely rude to the point where my 6yr old son asked me why Janet was so rude? We all looked at eachother like wow what is your deal. We will not come back. I have experience in customer service so I know its not always easy and we all have bad days but this store is the worst, I was embarrassed for her. Iam a very friendly person.
