Java Run Stephens — Restaurant in Roseburg

Great place but whoever is in charge of ordering and distribution needs to order more. They are constantly out of everything. White chocolate, vanilla, caramel, salted caramel, cookies for the oreo, their food items as well the egg bites, dessert bars, the list goes on you're most likely only going to get what you want (unless you drink just plain coffee and sugar) Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning because they run out of everything so fast. Even cups and lids, they run out of cups and lids all the time. I know there is a "supply shortage" but you'd think they would order more. Since they restock once a week and you can literally buy the syrups at sherms, they are obviously getting supplies just please order more. You are my favorite coffee shop but man, it's frustrating being out of everything constantly. All locations will be out not just one. Was one of my favorite coffee shops but now disappointed. The person working with black hair and highlights was so rude. I understand how frustrating working in food service can be but I was being very polite and I feel bad I told the person who was working the window what I had wanted and I wanted my drinks iced instead of hot there was some miscommunication and the person who was making the drinks rolled her eyes at me and was being very disrespectful she told me “soooo you want you drinks iced just letting you know it’s a waste of product since I already had heated up the milk for two servings.” Then continued to not waste the product and just put my hot drinks in ice. Will not be returning to this location. Drink was nasty and bitter. Then didn’t keep that same energy when my mom had returned my drink since I was going to be late to work. Seriously feel bad for her co workers having to put up with that...

I’ve been going to Java run for over eight years now. I’ve had at least five different experiences during this time where the employees were very rude to me after I asked them to remake drink orders that they got wrong. If you ask them to remake your drink because they got it wrong they will roll their eyes at you and be snarky toward you. Also, instead of simply remaking the drink, they will charge you the price for a full drink so basically they charge you extra for getting your drink wrong. I won’t ever be going here again. If you’re visiting this coffee shop for the first time then you have to pray that they don’t get your drink wrong because they will treat you like it’s all your fault and like you’re the biggest...
