I used to really enjoy shopping at Superfresh, especially in the deli section. I would go once or twice a week because the salads were always fresh, the sandwiches were well prepared, and the staff was friendly. It was a place I trusted and enjoyed to complement my family’s meals.Unfortunately, in recent months, everything has gone downhill. The salads are no longer fresh: more than once I bought salads with a strange taste, including a coleslaw that tasted sour and spoiled. At first, I thought it was just a one-time mistake, but it kept happening over and over again.The worst experience happened recently with a new employee at the deli. Right from the start, her attitude was unpleasant: she was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in providing good service. When I asked for a sandwich, she handled the food without gloves, threw it together carelessly, and used old lettuce, making it completely inedible.This kind of service is not only disrespectful but also unhygienic. It is unacceptable that a supermarket that used to be reliable now employs people who treat customers this way. I want to warn other shoppers that if they are served by this new employee, they should think twice before buying there. It’s really disappointing, because Superfresh used to be my favorite deli spot, but now both the quality and service have dropped dramatically. Read moreI really don’t wanna make another complain but it has come to my attention yesterday me and sister went to the store we didn’t know where specific item was so we asked a man in the back( mind you we were in the last two section of the store near where the cold area is ) there was a man restocking stuff so me and my sister ask him where the item was he said row 2 I went over there looking for the item my sister wasn’t behind so I went to look for her and she was talking to the guy and I didn’t think much of it since they probably talking about where to find it and I went back got the item the time I got back to my sister she looked scared like traumatized and I asked what happen she told me that the man stopped her and and asked for her name she told him her name since she thought he probably knew her he said she had pretty name after that he asked her if she lived near here or lived here she found that creepy and told him a lie( due to safety im not saying my specific location) afterwards the man asked for her number my sister said that she was 12 and the man said Still give it to me that’s when she said she had a boyfriend and that’s when he finally said oh and stop talking to my sister I told her to report it but she said no since she didn’t want to make a scene so i decided to report online so please super fresh look at you hired because me n my sister shouldn’t be going to the store for a 30-40 yr man to ask for my sister number she is under age...
Read moreToday they lost me as a costumer. The manager Jeff disrespected me just because I did call him signing with my hand because for the mask, he didn’t lessened me. I had a price concern about a cereal box and when I asked him why he’s so rude with me he call me nasty and told me I was acting like a baby just because the way I did call him, he doesn’t like it. He made me cry today and in my 20 years as a home owner in Roselle never did feel like today I could see how the staff is so afraid of him. Every week I payed around two hundred dollars there to feel like a stealer because he also told the cashier I have two cs of water when that was the first thing I told the cashier. Be a manager is absolutely NOT be rud with costumers and the staff. Shame of you MR Jeff! Just for update. At today May 6th 2021 no one did nothing about my complain. After I complained by phone and the lady heard me cry, never I got a phone call from them. Mr. Jeff still there and I saw others complained about him in Real Roselle in Facebook. Over prices and bad costumer care. 👎 Never, never! I came back to buy absolutely nothing in this supermarket. Now I’m so happy shopping in Shop-Rite.
