The worst appliance purchase experience I have ever had. I bought near 50K worth of appliances for my high end house almost all of them were Miele units. 3 of them are malfunctioning after a few months of use. My freezer and fridge came missing several parts and I am still begging for toekicks that were missing on delivery. I sent them close to 20 emails and left several voice messages but no response. They want me to pay for the missing toe kicks and they refuse to send them to me unless I pay for them. You can not believe how nice they were before I purchased the appliances but he doesn't return any of my calls anymore.

They also claim that they do the servicing of their appliances. The people that come in for service know very little about the units which makes me ask myself why I have to deal with this lousy company instead of calling proper service people from Miele. I had to call their service department numerous times just to have somebody look at their poor records on what needs to be ordered or even to figure out what is broken. What a waste of time!

I am very tempted to hire an attorney and sue them for consumer fraud!...

We bought a new fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher from Top Line. Adam, our salesperson, was great at staying in touch with us, explaining details, and answering questions. The prices were competitive for what we had ordered.

We placed our order in February, and they were happy to hold the order for us since we were targeting an April/May renovation. However, when COVID-19 got in the way and pushed everything back, Top Line was more than willing to hang onto the appliances until we were ready.

Not once did they pressure us to take delivery, and they were VERY patient with us as we pushed the delivery date back and back.

The delivery itself was scheduled within a two-hour window, and arrived within that window. The gents who delivered them took great care to avoid damaging the house or the appliances.

I won't buy appliances anywhere else without checking...

I was referred to John Cuccolo at Top Line by my friend who did our custom kitchen cabinets. I visited the Roselle location to finalize the order and pay, however we were able to do everything else by e-mail and phone. I bought a Thermador range and refrigerator and was able to get a great promotion that included a range hood and dishwasher at no cost. John is super knowledgeable, extremely accessible at all times and I can honestly say I have never met anyone whose customer service and follow through were as excellent. A month or two after our brand new Thermador range was installed, it was damaged pretty badly by a contractor. John and the Thermador rep both went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to get it repaired and stayed on top of my problem every step of the way. Safe to say I will never shop for appliances anywhere...
