I ordered breakfast on Saturday 7/8 on their website and was supposed to get a breakfast sanwhich, a side of bacon and 2 nutella waffles, which they charge $8 for and are supposed to include chocolate chips, Nutella and powdered sugar. When I got to the store, I got 2 plain, soggy waffles with a tablespoon of Nutella on each and that was it. When I asked about the waffles, the 2 young ladies at the counter were rude and told me you don't always get what you order online? Even though I was upchargesd for the extra items and ordered directly on their site. When I left the store, I notice they also forgot my side of bacon. I am told by the young lady that I did not pay for bacon which is clearly on my reciept that she is looking at. Finally, when I point it out to her, she proceeds to make the 2 tiniest pieces of bacon I've ever seen, while my breakfast is getting cold and I am dealing with attitude after paying my money. They did not appologize or understand any of my concerns. I have been to the store a couple times before and have delt with mistakes on my order, but this is the last straw for me. Not worth it. The owner only seemes to comment or reply to the 1 good review on here which makes their customer service even...
