Very disappointing!! The food was good as always but the Manager "Alex" made the experience awful! He should not be a Manager,he does not have the empathy or personality to be in a management position. His only answer to everything was "no". Our waiter "Wyatt" was great but "Alex" ruined our dining experience. If you have a party of more than 4 don't go to the Yard House, especially if "Alex" is the manager on duty....he is like a two year old learning new words and all he knows is the word "no". We were seated outside in 103 degree heat with a 3 month old baby because "Alex" wasn't willing to accommodate us....although we were even willing to split up the group...it was a "no" from "Alex".Many tables were left empty but "Alex" said that he had to be respectful to the other guests and they would come first even though we had waited the original 30 minutes for a table.We had a party of 7 plus the baby and we were seated in a booth that at most 6 would fit and he was unwilling to let us have a chair at the end of the table If we wanted to move anywhere but the outdoor seating we would have to go back to the waiting area and it would be another 30 to 45 minutes before we could be seated again. We had already ordered our food so that was not an option. I realize good help is hard to find sometimes but "Alex" needs to go back to working at McDonald's or wherever he came from to get his restaurant experience.
