The wife and I met a friend for lunch here on a Sunday. It was pretty busy as expected but that wasnt really a problem. The issue for me came when our server came and my wife asked her to describe a particular salad on the lunch menu. The server proceeded to explain to my wife that it was the same as the dinner salad, just a smaller lunch portion, and then stare at my wife like she was annoyed that she was being asked to do what I was argue is part of her job. She then told us that it looked like we needed more time with the menu and left, leaving my wife to look through the menu and figure out her questions on our own. We eventually ordered, got our food, and ate. The food was good, nothing amazing but not bad by any means. The reason I gave the rating I did was just because of the poor attitude of the server. People have a lot of dining choices these days, and if you are going to pay these kind of prices, I would rather spend it someplace where I am not going to leave with a bad taste in my mouth from a rude server.
EDIT. Upgraded to 4 stars
My wife and I went back to give them a second chance a few weeks ago for a nice lunch before our big move as I just got stationed on the east coast. We both were incredibly surprised. We showed up with our infant in a carrier and they had no problem finding us a spot that could accommodate it. The server we got this time was amazing and friendly and helpful and more than made up for our last less than pleasant experience. We also tried some new (to us) things on the menu and couldn't have been happier. The food was amazing, the serving size was awesome (we had enough for dinner that night too) and it was one of the first times in a while that I can remember where both of us were guarding our plates from each other (we are normally super in sync with ordering something we both will like and share very freely with each other...not so much this time haha).
The food is still a little pricey so I wouldn't recommend heading here if you are looking for a value lunch, but I will say that after our last experience that it was worth every penny, even with the 25% tip that our server more...
Read moreI stopped into The Cheesecake Factory recently just to pick out a cake, and even though I wasn’t there for a full sit-down meal, the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful—spacious, clean, and welcoming, with such a nice atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re treating yourself the moment you walk through the door.
The staff at the bakery counter were so friendly and helpful. Even though I was only there for a short time, they made me feel like a valued guest. They took their time to explain the options, answered my questions, and helped me decide on the perfect choice without ever making me feel rushed. You can really tell they care about making sure people leave happy, whether you’re just picking up a cake or sitting down for a meal.
I ended up choosing the Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, and it was absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—it was everything you’d hope for in a cheesecake. The mousse was light and fluffy, the cheesecake layer was smooth and decadent, and the chocolate flavors all came together beautifully. It was one of those desserts that you can’t help but savor every bite of.
What I also loved was how simple the process was. It’s easy to walk in, place your order, and either take it home right away or order ahead of time for an even quicker pickup. The whole experience was effortless, which I really appreciated.
Even though my visit was short and sweet, it left such a good impression. Between the friendly staff, the lovely atmosphere, and the amazing cheesecake, I’ll definitely be back the next time I want to treat myself or bring something special home. The Cheesecake Factory really knows how to make every visit enjoyable, no matter how...
Read moreThe cheesecake factory is a great place to come to. It's a bit exspensive but completely worth it. My girl and I had a great at time on our date there. They seated us within about 5 min exactly where we asked to be seated. The hot chocolate is like pure chocolate but oh so very good. We started off with an appetizer. The spicy Nashvillechicken nuggets, which I will say are nothing like store bought or fast food nuggets. Pic providedfor both the drink and nuggets below. Sorry there's not many shown as they were so good we forgot to take a pic until it was to late. I than ordered the club sandwhich which is basically a blt, a small slice of bread in the middle and than a thick stack of Turkey on the other side. And for its price. My goodness you truly get what you pay for, not only was it delicious and just massive triangle cut sandwhich. (But you get 4 pieces of them I might add plus fries along with it.) My girlfriend ordered the margarita pizza which she didn't realize came on flat bread and not an actual pizza. She thought it was soggy and should have ordered it with thin crust instead. (Pics at bottom.) The staff were nice and friendly. Have us plenty of time to look and choose what we wanted from the menu with no rush. Truly recommend this place for a place to go to eat whether it's just a group of friends, perhaps a date, or hell, just going by yourself as weird as that may be.. enjoy and treat you, your friends or your loved ones to this place of deliciousness. And don't forget to try the amazing cheesecake. Which they have many different...
