Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in store and through their customer support number. So let’s start with the fact that I fully applied for a tv that was advertised on their website. The store said The TV was so new that they had not received it in stock as of yet this was around the first week of December 2018. We are now at the end of January and about to enter into the month of February. I have yet to hear from the store in regards to the TV that I applied for and yes I gave them my Social Security number so that I could get approved for it, and was approved. Everytime I call they say they’ll call me back but they never have! I even attempted to get the general manager Ryan to call me back he never did but low and behold he put notes on my account claiming he did. Since I’m not actually a customer I don’t have to deal with them in regards to long term. Thank god! I attempted to go to another store and they said that they would have to re-run all my credit information again in order to process my order. I said no way!!! If I were you I would not walk but run from these stores not only do they not care about their customers but they clearly can’t take the time to call anyone back or no one knows anything and every time you speak to somebody they just give you a different answer or excuse. I was Just trying to build my credit but I guess this store is not the one to go through if you know what’s good for you or you have other options. It literally went from we haven’t received the TV in stock yet because it’s so new & you’ll be the first one to know once it’s in stock to we’ve already sold out, sorry. Even though I’ve been waiting approximately two months to hear as to when I will get the TV and I was the first on the list to supposedly receive. What makes it worse is none of the stores are connected along with their customer service which is not connected to any of the stores or inventory. so literally home choice can run any store location as they see fit, no having to uphold anything. I’m confused as to are you treat a potential customer like that... if they’re treating someone who hasn’t even actually spent money there but is approved to like that I wonder how they’re treating other people? Once again I would strongly suggest against going to this location or probably this company...
Read moreSo I go to Home Choice on Tuesday 8/21/18 at 1230pm (my appointment was at 1pm) to do an application. I've talked to them on the phone a number of times already. Anyway, I meet Michelle. She takes an application, copy of my DL, copy of paystubs etc. I sign paperwork for them to be able to contact employment and property mgr for verification, plus 4 references. I tell her I'll be back at 4 with my deposit once my verification is complete. She says see you at 4. I never hear, but I get a call from my mom saying Home Choice called for a reference. Oh ok. So my boss tells me they called to verify employment and he directed them to accounting/payroll. Oh ok. I didnt return because I wasnt let know if the verification process was complete. I call Wednesday morning, talk to Lorenzo, he says only Michelle can help me because she has the file but she isnt in. He is the only one there. But he cant let me know if the verification process is complete, he has no way to find out. I call Friday morning, lorenzo answers, I ask for Michelle, he asks who it is, comes back, oh he will call me back in 15. I wait an hour, call back, oh Michelle is on a break but lorenzo says Michelle told him she was waiting for me to return with $75 before doing a verification. I told him it was done. People were called. Ok, fast forward 3 calls later. Michelle answers the phone, tells me that she didnt do any verification. Says without a contract and deposit there is no reason to verify. Ok that makes sense BUT I said I was coming back with the money after verification. There was no talk of a contract first! This is the first I've heard of it. AND who called my mom and employer?? Pretending to be Home Choice?? On the afternoon I went and did an application at home choice? This story is longer and bigger than this. Are they really calling me stupid?? Is there a Home Choice Ghost making calls??

Read moreIve had the worst experience with this company first they were suppose to deliver my furniture on the 6th between 12- 2 but nobody had any recall of making my appointment but really they just gave it to somebody else Michelle and bradon need to really get there store clean together serious because that's not the half then they told me it will be delivered at 9am the next morning no show mind you this is now 2 days of work that I've missed it is now Monday bradon said my furniture will be delivered on Monday between 12 and 2 but first he tried to give me a bogus refund I put 75 dollars down and he offered me 20 crazy I know but I still don't have any furniture in my place then i was told by Michelle that she apologizes and she'll come out and bring it to me at 7pm after close time okay coo nope still don't have it and it's just about 9:00pm I've been wait downstairs since 7pm and nobody as shown up I am getting very frustrated because first I can't get my full refund and I can't get my furniture I feel like I am getting played and swindled for my money and credit I will be calling corporate tomorrow and letting them know seriously because I gave them more the enough chance missed two days of work and first day of college for the f*ckery to occur I don't appreciate it what so ever then not mention I didn't get any call from nobody I've been calling them back to back and when I get a hold of somebody they will put me on hold for at least 30 mins to an hour it's just that I have an personal average hold time but best believe they will be hearing my mouth tomorrow as well as the district manager, regional manager and corporate offices bradon and Michelle are the worst business people to deal with don't do...
