Waited in line to check out. Only one cashier working and she was doing a price check for her customer by using her phone. A second cashier finally arrived and scanned everything. We had priced checked a rug for $99 by scanning the tag at the top of the package before dragging it to the front of the store. Our cashier scanned the tag on the side of the rug and it rang up at $199. We told her the top tag scanned for us at $99. Could she scan the top tag? She advised us that the rug was obviously an 8 x 10 and therefore $199. I lost my patience and what did become obvious was that I could spend my money at a store with better...

I only needed a couple of items for our Christmas decorating. I quickly found what I was looking for and then wandered around to check on a few other things. There was a long line to check out, but they had all of their registers open, so it went quickly. I have love / hate feelings about the way you stand in line for their registers. You are funneled between shelves of merchandise. This gives you something to look at while you're waiting, but I almost never make it through without impulse buying something.
