Laser Storm Pittsburgh — Attraction in Ross Township

I honestly love this place bc my sons love it. We come at least 1 x per month. It’s typically a great time. I’ve never had any “major problems” aside from machines eating my money, or it being too crowded. However, tonight I bout two games for 3 people. Game #1 my vest suddenly stopped working 1/2 way through. I was told to go get a new vest. By the time I got a vest & got back out after finding the employee I lost roughly 50 seconds. That’s SUBSTANTIAL when the games are only 2.5 minutes! But okay, I shook it off. Game # 2, we start playing and it was super fun. Suddenly my vest stopped working (another different vest!!) and by the time I tracked down the employee I lost 43 seconds. Went in for a new vest and he wanted to “test my gun” dragged me back out and and stuck a key in my power pack, tried to activate it and it still wouldn’t work! At this point I’ve missed almost the ENTIRE GAME! I said give me a new vest. He said there’s only 20 seconds left. So that means I lost 3/4 of the game. (More technically)!!! I said something to the manager bc this wasn’t a “one off”. This happened 2 times in a row!! I paid for a service which the failed to provide the services I paid for. From being my favorite place, I’m now so salty I’m not coming back except to cash in a few thousand tickets, give a big F you, and I’m out. Telling everyone to go to outer limits instead. What has me really upset is I’m a loyal customer who spends a lot of money here and they just shrugged me off. Her exact words were “ all I can do is swap vests”. Not a sorry, not a refund, not even a credit towards a future game. Nothing to make me want to return. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If their goal is to make all their customers mad and take our business and our money elsewhere, then they get a standing ovation. Great job ruining boys night with my children!! I’m so seriously...

Had such a wonderful experience like always at this establishment. We’ve been coming here since my 30 year old little sister was in high school as an employee. Always a wonderful time. Today though, we had my daughter’s 10th birthday party there. I have nothing but positive things to say from the party host and her amazingly patient handling of my crew of neurodivergent kiddos and constant chaos that follows my family. She was so kind and attentive. 10/10 pizza had no complaints. So much so that I couldn’t even sneak a piece before all the kids snatched them up. I also got the birthday cake and it was adorable and a hit! During our game my team had all the little ones from 4-10 year olds and a grandpa while the other team was filled with teenagers and dads. In the game the game master was great and even helped the little guys from getting destroyed by the big guys. I noticed and was just in awe at how attentive these teenagers and young adults were to these kids. The pricing was great. Not so cheap you’re concerned what they’re gonna feed your kids, and not so outrageously priced you have to skip your mortgage/rent to pay it (like most birthday party venues are now a days.) the ability to make last minute changes all the way till the end of the party was amazing too!. I will be recommending every parent I know if you’re planning a party with 10-15 kids THIS is the place. Thank you again for making my daughter’s birthday so special and we’ll be in to play...

The management is really bad, maybe I just happened to be there on their bad day, but it was my kids Birthday, and they couldn't be bothered to look like they cared about their jobs. We booked months in advance for a birthday party and paid the deposit. On the day of the party, they were late to open the doors, they were late letting us into the reserved room, they were late bringing the food, they were late getting all of our rounds of lasertag in, but... they didn't skip a beat getting us out of the room on time, which, considering the late start, means we didn't get the full block of time that we paid for. It was freezing cold inside the lasertag room, and inside the entire establishment. Sure its winter, but thats what heaters are for. I'd have brought one of my own if they would have allowed it. Its also incredibly loud, and the management would not let us bring in our own cake, and required they serve us their cardboard burnt flavorless pizza. Not one kid finished a single slice of pizza if that says anything to anyone about the quality of the pizza. I would suggest anyone with good taste that wants to have fun, go somewhere else with better management staff that cares about their job or customers, because this Laser...
