Ravens Point Tattoo — Attraction in Ross Township

I had 2 appointments with Jocilynn that went very well and I was impressed with her work. Each time she sketched my design in front of me and we agreed on the piece beforehand and all went well. My 3rd appointment was nothing short of a disappointment. I arrived, albeit, 10 min late, but unfortunately I was coming from work and traffic doesn’t always cooperate. Ahead of time I had sent her the design I was looking to get. I sat in the waiting area for nearly 90 minutes while Jocilynn was in the back. She came out once to tell me she was cleaning up and would be with me soon. After an hour and a half, and no response from Jocilynn as to how much longer I would have to wait, I had to leave. She said we could reschedule. I called and texted with no response for days. Time is valuable, which is why the artists require a deposit. However the patron’s time is just as valuable, and sitting waiting for 90 minutes is completely unacceptable. I had no response from Jocilynn until I asked for my deposit to be refunded to me. Her response was that she has been very busy and was unable to respond to my request to reschedule. She further claimed that the time I was waiting she was supposedly working on my design, but yet she told me while I was there she was cleaning. And if she was truly working on my design, she never even showed me how it was coming along, nor did she even say that. I’m quite disappointed by the lack of communication and that the only time I got a response was when I requested my deposit back. I’m going to chuck this up as a loss and go elsewhere...

WOW! I've gotten tattoos from various states and even overseas but I have to say that Jocilynn Falco has the lightest hand I've ever experienced and so very personable.. made the experience so enjoyable.. I would definitely recommend Raven Point a place to visit..Both artists are very personable and I can hardly wait to get more but I'm running out of room lol..Go ahead and check them out..If it's artistic ideas you have they're definitely the...
