Ke’Yuana is so professional. I’ve been getting my lashes done by her for the past 2 months and the experience has been amazing. From the time you walk in the door she greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. Her work space is so nice and well put together. Through out the service she’s always asking if I’m okay or feeling any burning during my lash appointment. We hold brief conversations. Her spirit is so warm and inviting. I came here to get my lashes done once and they start falling off same day. She re did my lashes for me. I decided to give it another chance last Wednesday & the same thing happened. Due to scheduling it was getting frustrating!! I asked for a refund and she tells me she doesn’t do refunds. My lashes was only on for couple of days!!!!! Mind you I paid $125 plus a 10$ tip! She told me she would give me a partial payment of $50 and still NEVER SENT ME THAT!! I reached out multiple times & no response. For my lashes to come out I should have been refunded.
