LOLA & Company — Attraction in Rowley

I just received my beautiful necklaces from Lola and Company, and I am in shock at just how perfect they look in person! Not only are the pendants stunning, but the chains are thick and strong, made of quality material. They use the most beautiful colors and I love how each pendant holds a little message/ saying on the back. The ones I got said ‘Good Vibes Only’, and ‘Beautiful Life’. I also want to comment on how much Lola company truly cares about their customers. I had to deal with a shipping situation that was not their fault, yet they still made sure to satisfy their customer with the best possible income. Nicole went above and beyond to try and help me solve the issue so I was not left dealing with the stress and pure headache of it all myself. She was always kind and reassuring throughout the whole process and committed to making me feel comfortable and more at ease with dedication to finding the best resolution. If I could rate anything higher than 5 stars I would. I was up in the air on picking out the perfect necklace stack for my girlfriend for her birthday, so I went on a limb and gave them a call in hope for some help on my decision. I am beyond glad I did, Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure this gift was perfect. From giving her personal opinion to pulling the necklaces and pendants from stock to send me what they would look like together. Overall I could not recommend ordering from LOLA & Company more, very happy with my experience with them.

Amazing customer service. My beloved necklace charm began to discolor after 1 year and I contacted the company asking what I could do.
