Have to leave you guys another 5 star review after having my first encounter with a āKarenā in your dispensary yesteday lol! I come as a medical patient while a woman ahead of me in line was there for recreation, since I have a medical card and am disabled I was called to the med side of the store ahead of the rec patient ahead of me, who proceeded to blow past to the other (unavailable) register to loudly say to the employee who was busy that I was ruining her day, her experience, stressing her out and that it wasnāt fair I was served first. I was deeply troubled by this and I felt very unsafe near this woman who was making it very clear I was ruining her whole day by being there, as I just came to pick up an online order. However the cashier who helped me was absolutely phenomenal at assuaging my anxieties and helping me out, she was the best! This was a first for me and it was really stressful, my cashier very much made me feel at ease despite hearing all that the person was loudly complaining about behind me. I heard the other employee (who was previously busy and did not call the other shopper up to him) explaining to the other woman that it was simply store policy that medical patients get served first, AND he was still kind and patient enough with her to have served her in the moment despite how aggressive she was to both me and the employees. No phone call to apologize for the rudeness I experienced by the manager but im not surprised. Glad they finally realized it was wrong. I'm glad it's fixed for myself and others.
Ive been a customer for over a year. I would be very leary as a medical patient coming here. While the people I have met here are nothing short of awesome - how the store treats medical patients is not. Their general manager discussed with me the way they enter high dose gummies into their system. As if these gummies are equivalent to an ounce of weed - which the math is incorrect. I even called the local manufacturer here in Mass and even they said Fine fettle has the weight incorrect. I got told by the GM ( who talked to me like I was a child and used my full name when my preferred name is Liz and that's in their system because I said they didnt know how to do math. š) that they are "CCC compliant". Putting a package of gummies as 26 grams of weed is not compliant. It's wrong. And it's affected other patients too and they don't care they just want your money. The selection has also gone down and the prices have also gone up. There are so many better options than...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is one of my favorite dispensaries. First, their branding is spot on. The name, the font, the website.... definitely my favorite of any dispensary. Whoever does the hiring at this location does a fantastic job, as each time I've been in all the employees I've interacted with have been super knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. They are the only dispensary in the area that ever has my favorite strain (Sugar Black Rose), so I hope they continue to carry it. Another huge plus is their selection of edibles. They carry lots of different brands, different kinds (gummies, drinks, capsules, etc) with and without CBD. I got some wicked good Sour Cherry gummies. Omg they're delicious. I love that they have the actual strain name that was used to make them on the package. The location is easy to find and there's plenty of parking. It's in a non busy strip mall (sorry other businesses there, but it's true). Prices are on par with the other dispensaries I've been to in the area. I definitely recommend this dispensary and will be back soon. :) :)
** I also just remembered I got a free beach towel the first time I was there (for spending a certain amount), which is lovely!! Oh, and they have a rewards programs that I keep meaning to...
