I give them 2 stars because we did receive part of our order. I ordered shirts, backpacks, and jackets for the company in mid-October. I never received the jackets after reaching out weekly to get updates. I was always promised that part of our order would be "out at the end of the week". Nothing went out and I have given up seeing them as it is the end of February. What we did get was fine ( a bit slow on the backpacks and sweatshirt but not egregious) but I really wanted the entire order, not just part with a bunch of empty promises...

They have been doing my sweatshirts and shirts and jackets for my company for the past 12 years. Embroidery lettering in front and silk screening on the back. Zero fading in the silk screening. Top quality shirts, with top-quality service. I highly recommend this...
