Sean was the representative that greeted me!!! I explained to him that my phone was shut off after I placed in my purse while coming into my home so that it would not pocket dial or anything!!! While still talking in the phone I attempted to turn the screen back on. The phone back light wouldn't come back on??? So I put the other on the charger and continually attempted to turn the phone on!!!! I called Sprint T mobile technical support I was online with them over an hour!!! Then they called Samsung Support Care!!! They both had me hold the power button and the down volume button simultaneously for about 10 second count. The phone vibrated but the screen would not come back on??? I received incoming calls and I could answer my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra from my Plantronics Bluetooth Bluetooth. Sean asked me if I told him my phone was still under Samsung warranty if I had planned to pay for my phone today... I explained to him that I spoke with Ryan and he said he would look at my phone and create my ticket when I got there. Sean was arrogant and obnoxious he continually made snide remarks about that it was no way Assurion could have trouble shooted my phone at the T Mobile/ Sprint Corporate store in Roseville. He would not accept my phone until I had that ticket number that I insisted was in the system and he proclaimed my computer is running slow!!! After going to my career I went into the Chipotle restaurant to use the ladies from, very briefly. When I returned within 5 minutes her said he tech was able to get my phone screen on and nothing was arguing with my phone!!! I told him it took me roughly 41 minutes to drive there and I would like to have my phone trouble shooted because my phone screen had been off and would not come back on since around 6pm Friday evening October 15, 2021 until I made it to UBREAKIFIX Troy location around 1:30 pm!!! What makes matters worst I left my phone drove all the way back to downtown Detroit approximately 40 minutes. Then I called back to UBREAKIFIX and the same rep Ryan whom had been courteous from the first called of the morning 11:15am had been very helpful!! He answered the lines sand told him my phone was ready and they everything checked out and they my phone had been trouble shooted and her thought I took my phone with me!!! 🤔🤔🤔 Now you go figure what happen but it's obviously to me that Sean was and very unprofessional and rude and deliberately have me a hard time and did not show professionalism or courteousness!!! So I drove approximately 2 hours back and forth in heavy traffic with construction on Chrysler freeway... llñlllllllllNot too mention my time and effort only to receive sub-par service from Sean at UBREAKIFIX ‼️☹️😕😟

Picked it up, got the insurance plan in lieu of paying for it. Laptop doesn't work. Drop it back of and get a call next day "yeah this was full of water and all rusty". We got it fixed for you though. Picked it up again and it still doesn't work. I would like a refund for the insurance plan that won't cover anything because it will have to be attempted to be fixed here first which has proven to me that it is not possible. Tried calling asurion but can't get through. Can't get thru via phone to ubreakicantfix. Bought tools and removed the back myself and wouldn't ya know no rust.

If I could give This company zero stars I would. I was Officially hired by Monique, the regional manager to be the general manager of the Sterling Heights store about two weeks ago. When she hired me, she knew that I did not have much experience fixing devices, I told her that. Started my training last Wednesday and from last Wednesday to Friday the director of operations Ben, basically had me almost doing nothing. The first day I took apart a PlayStation put it back together With almost no help. Was barely trained but instead told to shadow people basically for three days. Barely learned anything. Was faithful every day came to work every day not only was out on time, but I was early. Did everything that I was told to do. I was respectful to everybody. Then another trainer took over this past Monday and trained me for about 4 days. During all this time and training, I barely learned anything about actually managing a store, I’m mainly learned about fixing devices. Came to a managers meeting about two days ago and barely understood any of the metrics or words used to explain the metrics because I was barely taught how to read and understand those metrics. I tried to explain to my trainer today that I don’t know how I can be expected to start managing the store this coming Monday having not been taught much about the management portion of the business. After I told him that the director of operations came in and fired me. When asked why he was fired me he claimed that I was not retaining the information. That’s a lie. How can I retain something that I’m not properly taught. They just wasted two weeks of my life and time and gas money. What was the point of even hiring me if you’re not gonna give me a chance to do what you hired me to do. It would be different if I had started managing the store and I just wasn’t doing good, but to fire me before you even give me a chance to do what you hired me to do is very very very very stupid. This company has horrible leadership and I would not Suggest that anybody that is looking for a place to grow. That is looking for a chance to continue to develop their own leadership skills I do not suggest this company. This company has bad leadership and they do not appreciate people who are good leaders. They don’t give good leaders a chance they just hire people. They really don’t have good leadership and that’s what this company is proven. I should go to the Better Business Bureau on these people. You literally wasted two weeks of my time. Make sure my full $1692 is in my bank account...

This review may be too long to read, but it really needs to be said what a quality business this is.

I accidentally dropped my Pixel 5a while I was at work. Despite having a protective case it managed to somehow cause a tiny crack on the screen and therefore I wasn't able to see what was on it even though the phone was still working. I fortunately got to them after my shift (I currently work in Royal Oak, which you'll later see why this is pertinent information) and they were able to fix my phone's screen within an hour when they were basically closing and had other orders to complete.

What I didn't realize was that my phone was under some kind of special warranty for the Pixel 5a that I didn't know existed and therefore didn't pay anything out of pocket, which was really nice of them because they could have easily told me a cost and would probably pay it.

Fast forward 6 days later, My phone decided to freeze and die on me while I was shopping on a Sunday. I couldn't turn it on even when I was trying to charge it. I took my phone to uBreakiFix in Canton (where I actually live) and not only were they not as helpful as the RO location, but they would not even offer to look at my phone to tell me what's potentially wrong. They recommended to get in touch with Google, which I didn't realize was a difficult task in and of itself. Google told me my phone was not under warranty (which was contradictory to what RO told me) and ended up referring me back to the Canton uBreakiFix. Believe me when I tell you I expressed my displeasure with them.

So the following day I went back to the RO shop. I knew for a fact the phone likely was dead for good, and turned out it was the motherboard that fried. They took my phone to keep for a few days, bought the replacement motherboard and fixed my phone while not paying a cent out of pocket because my phone is under warranty according to them and they honored that despite Google claiming the contrary.

From the bottom of my heart I want to thank the employees here, especially Jacques (forgive me if I misspelled your name) for their willingness to bring resolution to my issues while explaining everything in a way that I could understand it, because I am far from a techy guy. They have a passion for this kind of stuff and put their customers first, so despite living 40 minutes away I will not take my broken electronic devices anywhere else from now on. You earned a...
