I was given a coupon that expired on 9/9/2017 a Wednesday. My family and I went on 8/9/2017 to redeem the coupon for a free kids meal with a purchase of any 2/3 entrée meal. The cashier asked for the expiration date as I was ordering my food. My total was 24.88 with the kid’s meal still including in the amount, cashier claimed the total will change once I came up to the window. Once there she look at the front of the coupon and instantly stated the coupon is only good for Tuesdays. On one said the coupon does states "come join us on Tuesday for family night" Games, food and prizes. On the other said it states. Free kids meal with a purchase of any 2-3 entrée meal, expiration date as 9/9/2017, along with fine print including all the details for usage of the coupon. The coupon is advertising two different things, front and back. The manger could not understand the wording and just said" Okay, have a good day. The date on the coupon is for 9/9/17 which is a Saturday, why not a Tuesaday if they are claiming it’s only good to use on Tuesdays? Instead of honoring the coupon correctly the manager allowed $20.00 walk out the door ( if the coupon was applied). I have my 5 year old with me at the time and because of this dinner was an hour later. I'm a working mother that at that time Panda Express was very convenient for dinner. I will never return to a company that can't hire associates to understand simple wording. When I called and spoke to another the next he said he will allow me to use the “just this one time’…. That means nothing to me on a coupon that is still valid for...
Read moreI'm gonna be honest and preface this with the fact that I love Panda Express. This location, however, is probably the BEST one I've ever been to. (I think I've been to three or four? Not a lot, but I love this one!!) I love it here and try to go at least once a week because I may or may not be obsessed with PE. The bigger plate is an easily-shared 2 person meal! That's delicious dinner for like 11$!
It's super airy, there's relevant art on the walls, the TVs aren't overly loud, it's very crisp looking. The staff has been really nice, I usually see the same faces there every time, and they're always friendly (even when under extreme pressure!). I like that they offer a sweet and sour chicken dish here, their orange chicken isn't too spicy (I'm really spice-sensitive), and the woks are always going. It's never a long wait for food except when the line's almost to the door, and that's just because there's so many people! I also love that this location has a drive-thru; I haven't personally used the drive-thru so I'm not sure how accessible/fast it is, but at least the option's there for anybody interested.
The only downsides I can really think of are that the bathroom is a single-stall bathroom, the tea isn't always kept up on, and the tables feel a little too close. I wish they'd wipe tables down a little more regularly, and the trash cans are usually on the fuller side, but whenever I go it's usually towards the end of the night so that's not something I can fully comment on...
Read moreI’ve eaten at this Panda Express for a while now, but the service quality lately has been…in the nicest way possible, utterly ridiculous. About a month ago, practically half the menu was gone, and I had to order something I never really enjoyed in the first place. This wasn’t really a big issue to me, since I understand that the employees had no control over it. However, a few weeks later, they STILL had basically nothing.
On top of that, I ordered a different meal with a side of chow mein, and when I got it, I opened it up, and saw the container overflowing with noodles tipped over in the box. I had to throw it away because it looked like someone grabbed chow mein with their bare hands and stuffed it in the container.
Lastly, just yesterday, the menu was back to normal, but when I ordered my orange chicken in the drive thru, I had to wait “five minutes” in the parking lot to get it. This wasn’t a problem, since I had somewhere to be and five minutes was nothing. Despite what I was told, I waited about 30-45 minutes for my food. Later, I saw someone next to me in their car. I rolled my window down and asked if they were waiting on orange chicken as well. They nodded their head. A few minutes later, an employee walked outside and brought the food to a different car. I got out of mine and reminded them of my order. I eventually got it, along with a coupon and an apology. As much as I appreciated that, it still wasn’t a very...
