Bad. Tl;Dr, order issues; near impossible to reach store via phone; poor customer support.
Only taking online orders, allegedly because lack of staff. Had my food been prepared properly I wouldn't have had an issue with online ordering only myself.
First, the burrito was less than half the size it's always been. I got one two nights earlier at a different location, so unless the proportion policy changed overnight this location is clearly undercutting. This was further evident with the chips and queso I ordered, where there were 1/4 of the chips as normally given. Oh, and I never received queso. The topper, a special instruction was also ignored.
Tried to call the store per email's instructions, but that went as well as the order.
The first 3 times I tried calling, the phone rang until Verizon error message. On the 4th time I got an answer, but when asked how to get a refund due to the above got a canned response (which clearly the manager had down to a T; my guess, not the first call/complaint). Simply put, the answer was no even if I brought the food back untouched. The phone call ended when I was abruptly put on hold and then disconnected.

I have not been to a Qdoba in a minute. Many people compare them to to Chipotle and while it's similar, they have nothing on Chipotle.
Anyway, my husband ordered lunch from here today and I remembered why I would never go back. The person who complained two days ago about the pick up order rack has a very valid complaint. Husband went in and there was nothing on the rack. Someone said 'you gotta pick up?' And then they assisted my husband. Again, WHY is this rack here, y'all? What is the convenience?
Moving on... my husband ordered two veggie bowls. Goodness I am starving after eating that. I had to search around for the beans! The guac was also barely a blip on the map and TASTELESS. Oh and brown so it's either hours old or a day old. The bowl this food came in definitely overpowered what was in the bowl. The bowl was way too big. Too deep. Too wide. Too empty.
There was SOME flavor in there. Maybe it was the two bell peppers. We'll never know. The green sauce in my bowl when was barely visible or spicy.

Read moreI have been a regular visitor to this location but had a terrible experience interacting with a staff regarding a messed up online order i picked up today. I ordered a veggie custom bowl and a chicken bowl but upon reaching home with the order, realized there was no meat in the chicken bowl. I could've very easily opened a query online for a refund but decided to go back to the store to sort it out given that mistakes can gappen. Unfortunately all I was met was with hostility and accusations from whom I assume was the team lead essentially stating that I had eaten all the meat and was coming all the way back to get extra meat. It was extremely infuriating and demeaning to have such a crude interaction with a person who clearly had zero pride in their work and instead resorted to deflecting blame on the customer. Never had such an experience in any restaurant ever and the attitude of this person clearly suggests there is zero customer service training at this location.
