Lee Ann's Fine Jewelry — Attraction in Russellville

We recently brought my fiancés engagement ring in to have a diamond replaced that had fallen out. This ring had been previously sized down by a large well known jeweler and the work they did was less than satisfactory. Stones were loose and the band was very thin at the bottom compared to the rest. When entering Leann’s in Russellville, I was greeted by Suzanne who was very courteous and professional. She examined the ring and found more sizing imperfections that we did not notice before. She provided me with a base quote and advised that she would have the jeweler inspect. I received a call a few days later from Suzanne letting me know that the ring had more issues with the channel sets and would have to be completely rebuilt. She was sympathetic to our situation and assured me that, once completed, we would be very satisfied. Several days later I received another call from Jennifer. She let me know that the ring was in worse shape than they thought and asked me to come down to look and go over options. I arrived and was greeted by Jennifer, who was also very courteous and apologetic. She showed me the issues and then presented a new band and stone settings. Our ring was just not reusable. The replacements looked very similar and we agreed on using them. At that time, I decided to add an appraisal after the repairs were complete. Skip forward a couple of weeks and I received a message that the ring was done. I drove down, walked in and was once again kindly greeted by the staff. I stated my name and everyone in room knew who I was and told me that the finished product looked really good. Jennifer brought the ring out and let me inspect. They built it to look exactly like the one we brought in, only it looked so much better! All who were involved went above and beyond to provide us with something that completely exceeded my expectations. I received an appraisal for far more than we expected and they were very generous on the price for everything! I knew going into it that the ring would look new, but I had no idea at the quality of work they would do. I brought the ring home and re-proposed. She was in awe of how good it looked and of course said yes to me again. How lucky am I?! Thank you Suzanne, Jennifer, the jeweler and all others involved! You have a new life...

Yesterday, Friday 12-18-2020 we had the pleasure of meeting and working with two ladies on your staff! My wife Linda E Clarke purchased Caerleon Stones from Jennifer Rudder who was very cordial and courteous to Linda and her knowledge of her inventory was superb, to say the least! Jennifer is a definite asset to Lee Ann's and we thank her so much for the effort she made in making Linda enjoy her shopping experience this Christmas Season! I really hadn't intended to make a purchase yesterday, but I had my eye on a few men's rings and after talking with her and showing me three or four different ones together along with Linda we narrowed it down! Suzanne was great and allowed me to take the time in selecting the perfect ring ! I love it and thank her for the time and knowledge of her product and also the way she handled everything ! My finance and I recently purchased a customized engagement and wedding band set from Lee Ann’s Fine Jewelry. The customer service was outstanding! Our request was to have Lee Ann's create a diamond/July birthstone (Ruby) engagement wedding set. Store manager Jennifer personally worked with us through each step of the design and creation process. She was very personable and comfortable to talk with. Jennifer taught us about the methods for evaluating the quality of different types of diamonds and rubies and her knowledge about gemstones was remarkable. Throughout the experience, Jennifer kept us informed about the progress of ordering our stones and the status of the custom ring creation. Our rings are very beautiful and everything we visualized.
