I have plenty of time left to wait in their drive-thru, so I have time to tell you, heart-to-heart: DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. You will be waiting for over an hour. I would move mine if I still could.
They often fill my prescriptions for the wrong and different amounts, meaning I have to come back multiple times a month for each medication since they are all different day supplies. That means another hour long wait each time. I once found out after one such wait they never called my insurance to see if something would be covered before filling it; it took several days to get a version that was covered, and in the meantime I suffered without.
They laugh in your face at the slightest hint you may be upset at the horrible customer service. Don't even bother trying to call, either; you won't get to a real person after hours of trying. If you're already stranded here, go in person and just try to stomach their sneering grins.
You may think this is a typical upset review exaggeration like I did, but please, heed me; I tell no lies. Avoid this place if you can help it at all.

They asked me to pay out of pocket even if has 2 insurances. They said they don't have time to request for authorization, they can start processing it but meantime asked to buy paying out of pocket, or no medicines. They don't help you, they give a hard time. They also asked me to repeat sentences many times and said did not understand what I was saying. They know that I am not native English speaker I believe they try to give a hard time as much as possible. Read moreI'm not so sure if this store is badly shorthanded or what is going on, but they need to keep proper staff in the department they are trained in...and ONLY in that department! Why I see this as an issue? Because one day I went to pick up my husband's prescription and the lady, that never works pharmacy department, messed up and couldn't even find the call in for my husband's medicine! Told us it wasn't there and to try to call the Dr again and come back in an hour! All the while, the lady next to her, the pharmacist I suppose, tells her that's the script she working on at the moment. Other than that, their time to fill has gotten a lot better and quicker than it used to be. Just please don't let someone from photos work in pharmacy and things may go smoother for everyone all the way around!! I don't care how shorthanded you are, it isn't worth the headaches this causes...
