The park is beyond out dated. Outside of decent WiFi there are absolutely no amenities. You are packed in like sardines, I did get to watch a truck get repossessed the other day and my neighbor is an odd person that likes to work on things after dark and sit in his truck while smoking substances. The on site manager is a sweetheart but the owner Glenda I’m not so sure about. Apparently they think this tiny RV park is a resort park and like to charge you as such. Read moreMy wife and I are here now for a little over 2 months, in a moving transition from a different city. We are soon to move from the RV park into a more permanent settlement for us. It has been almost an ideal choice for us. Yes, as others said, it can be a little noisy from the traffic, but with the AC running and being at the far end of the property from the road, it hasn't been too bad. The on-site assistant is very friendly, as well as the sweet owner that I have spoken to over the phone. They are pet friendly, as well. So, that was great, considering our transition. Its off a very busy highway with loud traffic, then there is a train track right behind you also so get woke up by trains in the middle of the night. And spaces are very VERY small!! No room on either side of your RV your literally right next to your neighbor.. So if You want privacy and a light sleeper I would not recommend.
