We tried these salt baths and really enjoyed our time there (and the afterglow for the rest of a “school night” mid-week evening)… and it was just as relaxing as claimed. We used the salt pools, steam sauna, dry saunas, cold water bucket douse, showers, everything available for the entry level experience, and didn’t quite use up the allowed 2 hours. Left feeling quite satisfied and renewed! Tips: bring at least 2 towels per person: one to sit on in the steam/dry saunas, and one for showering etc. (Or you will have to rent some) Don’t forget a COMPLETE change of clothes to go home in! ; ). A backpack can help a lot. Important note to owner/managers: all staff should be trained NOT to recite credit card info aloud! May 18 update: Would like to visit their website again but am getting security warnings on my phone that the site is insecure/risky while accessing “Website” through Google maps! Hope they get that fixed soon!!!

One of the most RELAXING places I have ever been. 1 No electronics and you can leave everything in a locker with a key ( they give you everything) and it was the best part because it force you to relax and disconnect 2 The Girl that did my.massage was AMAZING! Professional and she knew exactly what she was doing. 3 They have a dry sauna, a steam room with eucalyptus spray, a cold plunge room and a heated relaxing pool 4 There is a lounge if you want to lay there and relax 5 There are showers everywhere so you can shower before using the facilities 6 They have bathrooms and nice changing rooms. 7 They have healthy snacks if you are hungry 8 No outside food allowed 9 There is Lemon water ( loved it) Everyone was so nice and book my appointment was easy. If I lived here I would go there every week. I highly reccomend this place ! I loved it

Had a good time overall. We booked a massage and a couple of hours in the baths. Got there at the start time of the massage, and the front ladies rushed us in. Which was great. But we never got reintroduced, so we found ourselves looking around for things afterward. Overall, the experience was a good one. The saunas were my favorite part. The hot tubs were nice, too. Definitely try the cold plunge!! Why not!! You are already there! I couldn't stay in for long but the numbness afterward was interesting!!

I celebrated my birthday with a small group of friends here as I have visited bath houses in both Asia and Europe and love the concept. The price was also very affordable and thought it was a great activity to do with the girls.

Unfortunately the experience was just okay. They had us change and get ready in their overflow locker room which would have been uncomfortably close for 4 people, however we had 6 people in total and they kept bringing other people in to show them where they would put their stuff and had them wait outside the door. We felt rushed getting out of the way, which was a feat since the floors were soaked with puddles and there was only a very small amount of counter space. So we were sort of juggling our stuff and playing human Tetris to try to get to the lockers.

The spa baths were nice but there were only 2 medium sized pools that felt to be of a very similar temperature. One had essential oils which was nice. On top of that, they were in fairly small rooms that echo so if there is a just a handful of people in them the room tends to get loud easily despite our best efforts in whispering. For the most part, we would be kindly reminded to quiet down by the staff.

HOWEVER, there was one point where about 3-4 separate groups were in the larger bath and an employee came out of what was called the Green room to aggressively quiet everyone down and began threatening to kick us out if we didn’t keep the noise level down. We all looked around so confused at each other because we thought we were all doing a very diligent job in whispering. She told us that if we wanted to be social we had to go into the courtyard… which happened to be right next to this room with the wall of windows open, so I’m not sure how that would have reduced the noise. It was also raining heavily and so wasn’t really an option. At that point, we were just over the experience and so we chose to end our session 30 mins early… and so began the difficult experience of changing back into our clothes in the previously stated locker closet.

I wanted to share our experience with the front of staff, however we were never asked how our experience was, but rather just took our payment while also working to check-in other clients.

I feel that they really had a great idea with putting this in Sacramento, however I feel that the space and layout of the facility really requires a very limited amount of people at a time… they really seemed be focused on packing in as many customers as possible which detracted from the overall experience and negated the reason for being there - to relax!

I don’t want to knock too hard on the staff because most of them were very lovely to us, apart from just seeming busy. The one exception was the angry staff member… maybe more customer service training there?!

I would be willing to try this place again, but perhaps will save it...

I took a star away for 1. The owner was a bit rude and snarky, there’s an absence of reverence from her that you’d expect in a place like this. Her staff was all very professional and had this reverence and feel. Seems like she’s going through something personally and needs to “be tough” or cool or something, felt personal, so I hope she heals. It was very subtle but there was an undertone of disrespect I usually don’t feel from service providers. It’s like she’s trying to separate herself from the pack, but you’re still providing customer service. Just be professional is all I require as a customer, I don’t need to feel your personal life. The pools have chlorine and the staff poured chlorine while we were in the pool. Chlorine is so toxic I’m surprised they had it in the water. I’ll never come back just for that fact alone. I thought it would be a salt water pool which is much healthier for our skin. The dry sauna was so small, that even on this day which ”wasn’t busy at all” the sauna got crowded on multiple occasions and the pools were crowded as well because even though there are multiples of everything, they’re still too small to accommodate the amount of people that wanted to be in them at any given time. The lockers were very small as well and the space to maneuver was so little that people simply had to get out of the way completely and wait their turn to have access to their locker. The cold plunge really only accommodates one person at a time which isn’t too big of a deal because people don’t seem to stay in there too long. I didn’t feel like the dry sauna was as hot as it could be. I could’ve easily stayed for 30 minutes and I went to the one in the back that’s supposed to be the hotter one.

Positives: 1 cold plunge water was extremely cold as were the bucket pours. 2 staff ladies were all very pleasant & professional. 3 the private changing rooms are a great size. 4 the eucalyptus in the back dry sauna smelled great. 5 The patrons were very cognizant of the rules and helped create a quiet, serene environment for others. 6 the whole environment seemed very clean. 7 it is a...

Read review on why I took off a star.

My 2nd visit was a few days ago, 5/31. My husband booked this special surprise for me. He booked massage at the time they open, 10am. I got there a few minutes early, but decided to wait in car thinking doors opened right at 10am. I walked in at 10am... Long story short, by the time I got situated with my locker and walked to the back, massage got started at about 10:10ish. Low and behold my 50 minute massage stopped at exactly 10:50. I lost over 10 minutes. Although I understand they must respect next appointment and so forth, I let the front desk know that when they called to remind him of my appointment no one made him aware doors would be open prior to 10am and/or that I should be there 15 minutes early. Plus, it wasn't like I was late. I walked in at exactly 10am. I was taken aback a bit when one of the ladies at the front desk who was probably the manager on site said, well I'm sure he got an email and it says it to arrive 15 minutes early". I just wish they would have made it super clear doors open 945 not 10am. I also wish the front desk nice gal would have rushed me a bit and let me know to hurry into my massage since they stop exactly after 50 minutes of my appointment time. I don't know if that was her fault for not rushing me or she didn't know my therapist would stop at exactly 10:50. So that's why I took 1 star off. The bathhouse facility itself is great! Love courtyard and annex pool!

Now for my massage experience, I would rate it 3 out of 5 ⭐ 1st time getting one here and probably be my last. It was not great, but it wasn't bad. It was decent, can't complain, it was a massage. Wasn't as relaxed at the end as I have been when I have received other professional massages. I don't know, maybe those extra 10 minutes I lost would have made a difference? My massage therapist was nice and made me feel comfortable and seem to have knowledge about anatomy, etc.

But overall, good spot for some quiet self care. Fee to use facilities for 2 hours...
