Broadway Donuts — Restaurant in Sacramento

Extremely disappointing. We stopped by this morning. We ordered an Apple Fritter and a Crumb Bear Claw. That's when the first red flag popped up. $8 bucks for 2 donuts.

When we got home a few blocks away. The Apple Fritter was hard and stale. My lady friend had to put it in the microwave to try and soften it up to eat. After taking a few bites. She threw it in the garbage

The Crumb Bear Claw was not any better. The center filling was the same as the Apple Friiter. Instead of a cinnamon / sugar mix normally found in a Bear Claw. It was also stale. So I just threw it in the trash also.

Donut shops Sacramento is full of donut shops but finding a good donut. Shop is a hard thing. I’m surprised I’ve never been here living so close. I’ve been to dozen of donut shops in Sacramento but this is my new favorite one. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the prices are still reasonable compared to others that have raised them up. Broadway Donuts is absolutely amazing! The donuts are incredibly fresh and delicious, making them some of the best in town.
