This is the second time joining FAC and both times have been amazing. First time I lost 25 lb in 3 months! I 100% recommend FAC! I cannot for the life of me make myself go to a regular gym and work out. I feel very intimidated and lost. So when I decided to start my fitness journey again 15 months postpartum there was never a doubt about where I wanted to go. I love coming here because it is a safe place to work out. Especially if you are a beginner and have no idea about any workouts. Many gyms advertise "judgment free space" but FAC is truly that. Alex Simphoukham and all the other coaches are amazing.They encourage you, challenge you, and guide you every step of the way. They celebrate you every achievement you make wich helps motivate you to keep going. They are there to make sure you are doing the workouts correctly to get the results that you want. Alex not only guides you through the workouts but with the diet as well. I love how I can text him any time of the day what I'm eating to help me keep myself accountable and if I have any questions regarding what I can or cannot eat. I recommended this place to my mom and my sister and they loved it too. In a month I lost almost 7lb and 3 inches around my waist, my posture has improved significantly, I feel stronger and I feel so energized the rest of the day after my workout sessions. Read moreHello Everyone, I took the six week twenty pound challenge here at the fitness Achievement Center and I lost 21 pounds. This program is great in so many ways. The workouts are all group centered and are made to challenge people no matter what level of fitness you start with. You are only required to go three times a week and they are flexible as far as times the classes are offered. The trainers are phenomenal; they know you by name and push you to achieve greatness. Not only to you receive access to quality exercise, you are given a nutrition guide to help you eat healthy. The nutrition plan wasn't as bad as I thought, I actually had quite a few options. Another great thing about this program is the accountability. You get texts like whats for lunch and what are you food prepping this week. If you do not show up in a few days, they text you to see where your at and if everything is okay. The music for the most part is good and the members who attend this gym are amazing people. I was very hesitant about putting down $$ for a bet on myself (necessary for challenge) but it really did help me push harder in my workouts, stay consistent and be more mindful of my nutrition. It was not easy BUT Coach Austin and his team are pretty amazing at what they do by staying on top of you, checking in, motivating you and helping out with proper form. I felt extremely comfortable working out here and the FACT team is extremely approachable. Right when you walk in the door, the mood is very positive. I also like that everyone is at different levels in their fitness and coming from different walks of life. Special shout out to Unaisi who repeatedly helped me for literally everything! I am so much stronger and she really does go the extra mile to check that you are doing things correctly and get you in shape!
